I haven’t even received my zappify zapper and I’m mad about it. It’s been almost two weeks and still nothing. And now that I’ve read all these reviews I emailed them and no reply .letting my family and friend not to waste there time

Worst product ever! The only thing that zappify kept it's promise on was to attract mosquitoes that's for sure!!! It makes a sound that attracts mosquitoes but did it kill any??? NO!! not at all!! My home is more mosquito infested now than ever before! this is a true sham! I hate this product!!

The fast shipping what happened to it . I ordered it on the 18 of May and now it's June and still haven't got it

The zappify 2.9 is great, but what makes it almost a scam is how the website is setup to get you to purchase more than wat you were wanting to begin with. It got me for $75.00. All I wanted was one zappify 2.0, why would I want three? I didn't order three but it kept on popping up. And once you put in your billing info into blanks, your held hostage with a screen that says if you try to back out of it at this point you may be double charged. And there are all these green icons saying add to my order. Well it never said order completed, so it left me thinking I needed to hit the green icon. Than it auto charged me for $20 more dollars for something I didn't want to begin with. It's not setup like eBay where you can clearly see your order and wats being charged. It auto charged, it's a marketing scam in a way because there hoping you make a mistake and order more than wat you wanted. If it got me than surely it's gotten many others. Boo!

After two weeks one unit quit charging sent email too
Zappify two weeks later still no response
Should have paid more attention to no refund,
So if you buy one and it doesn’t work you are out your money.
You cannot return it once it is out of the box.

Added $27 shipping and a $5 Convenience Levy then finaialed the transaction without autorization.

So I saw an ad here in Nevada claiming a Nevada College student invented this new device that gets rid of mosquitoes. We have a lot so I thought I would try it for in the garage. Too bad I through the box away because this thing does NOTHING but shine a blue light. It is totally fake and a waste ob

Tried to order one Zapper but web ad is very confusing and I received Two along with several other gimmicks that I was charged for, trying to return all items as I feel this is as close to a scam as you can get, do not waste your time or money !

This company will add product to your order and charge you for it. I emailed as soon as I realized it which was the order confirmation email they sent and I requested they cancel the entire order for that reason and a replied email claimed they could not cancel the order once it was placed because of being Highly automated. WHAT A RIP OFF !

Scam do not buy does not work as advertised have not found one bug dead in or around this light. I got scammed bad now I’m stuck with a bunch of crap and out the money.

I assure you, I am completely competent and have tried repositioning, boosting the charge with an amplifier, and even placing two within 20 feet of one another.

This product is absolute garbage. After research (after I bought them, of course), I've noticed that the "hundreds" of mosquitos being emptied out of these lights are STRICTLY on the marketing commercials and not real lif videos.
I'm in Louisiana, so there are millions of mosquitos.. these little lights have caught about 15.
It is 100% a scam and I would NEVER recommend anyone donate to this Chinese company.

Charged it….used it once… will not charge now.

the product, even after a 24 hour charge, lasts only a few hours. the light is not strong enough to attract mosquitos - after many nights of a few hours it got 0 mostquitos. Bought a black flag plug in light - WOW hundreds a night. This product is not as advertised and their "!00% satisfaction guarantee" is bogus as far as i can tell. they respond slowly and keep offering "suggestions" when all i want is either my money back, or to know if i should toss them in the trash.

Terrible product did not kill 1 mosquito in 4 hrs. While I was outside with my son with mosquitos flying all around us.
Do not buy it it is a wast of money.
Also I have emailed customer service two times with no answer to get a refund and return it. And there is no number to call.
I would give it no stars.

I used different Zappers and this one seems to be the best. I also use citronella oil. Don’t rely just on one thing.

I haven't even received the bug zapper yet but I gotta say this companies shipping is terrible. From NY to Vegas and still hasn't gone to post office yet and I live in MI. 26.95 for my package to travel more than I have so ridiculous. Hope they work...

I purchased this device because I had hundreds of gnats in my pantry. It was very difficult to charge & it only lasted a short time. After 7 days of use,there were only 5 gnats in the trap and they were still alive!!! The charger broke off in the machine & I threw it in the garbage where it belonged. Use fly paper.

This is a SCAM, do not purchase anything for these criminals, VISA, Mastercard, and all other major credit card provided should blacklist this company immediately.
