Booked a daylong boat trip to…
Booked a daylong boat trip to Koufonisia with this tour operator through Viator. The next day I received an email from Zas notifying me that the date I had selected for the boat trip was past the time in October that they ran the excursion, and I was told I would receive a full refund within seven days. I waited several weeks but the refund never came. Had to file a claim with our credit card so they could pursue the refund.

Thank you for this review and thank you for booking with Zas Tours. We are very sorry about what happened here and can only apologize profusely for our mistake. But there also seems to be some slight confusion with this review as we are not a tour operator and we don't work with Viator. We believe, that it's possible that at some point you may have contacted the wrong company. Of course we don't know this for sure.
Firstly, we have checked our records and we can confirm that in this instance we messed up and your refund slipped through the net. We're extremely sorry about this and can appreciate your frustration and upset. We're sorry about the extra work you had to do to organize the refund with your bank. You should not have had to do that.
It's not an excuse by any means, but we should also say that had you chased us up again we would have spotted the mistake and carried out the refund. But we appreciate fully that it is not your responsibility to chase us up. But perhaps you contacted the wrong company? The one that works with viator and is a tour operator?
Because of your case, we are currently making changes to the way we handle refunds and we are sure that this won't happen again. It should not be necessary to contact us more than once.
We hope that despite our messing up here, due to human error, that you might consider using our services again.
Once again, we would like to offer our sincere and genuine apologies for our mistake.

Great tour of the island.

A wonderfully knowledgeable & humorous…
A wonderfully knowledgeable & humorous guide, (Nicklas)?, took a bus load of us on the Highlights of Naxos tour. We did indeed see all the listed highlights, he was the best of them. A native of one of the 6 villages where emery is mined, he could tell us so much beyond describing the sights & history behind the monuments, it was a grand day out.

We booked a cooking course at Zas…
We booked a cooking course at Zas Tours. The family which gave this course was very friendly. It was a wonderful family, but very unprofessional. They‘ve spoken very less English, so that a discussion wasn’t possible. Also we got very less explanations or any brochures we could take with us as a reminder. All in all 80,- € have been much to much money for this event.

it was a complete another riding tour…
it was a complete another riding tour as we booked. the riding tour was really disappointed and bad. only on the street!! and we booked a tour on the beach with sundown.
we asked several times the organisation to pay the amound back - no replay until today!! not serious!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to book the tour we wanted. The member of staff ran through the whole programme for us and provided a map. Everything was explained very well. Will definitely use ZAS again.

Exceptional
The driving is not an easy job in your mountains and our driver was exceptional. As for the guide he was attentive to our questions and needs, he was funny and knew the history of his islands. He is a proud Greek Naxos boy and it showed. Thank you we made a good choice. Our tour was on October 3rd.

Disappointing experience and crazy price
I did with my husband the experience called "horse riding". We paid 100 euros ( a crazy amount) to ride a horse on the beach. For this price we expected a good service....bit when we arrived the man didn't know anything and we made a simple riding on the road....we stayed on the beach just for the last 10 minutes.....really disappointing.....

Full day Naxos island Bus Tour
It was a wonderful and quite informative trip. The Guide Mr. Nicholas did exceedingly well in explaining about the seven/eight sites visited. The driver Mike( as I understood his name?) was very well behaved n cooperative. Loved the tour. The gentleman who booked for me was really a very hearty n supporting person. Good value for money. You can listen to your audio guide on your on time. It does include a map to find the sites and play the audio.
