The app makes booking clear and easy. The driver was polite, professional and helpful. They know which route to take and avoid as they check beforehand. I had to make changes to the booking so I called even at midnight there is customer service that picks up the phone. Will recommend to others and will use again.

I was going to hospital because of problems that I was experiencing after my discharge from there - following an accident - last Wednesday, so was not feeling very well. Kristina made light conversation and drove beautifully making the journey quite pleasant, for which I am grateful, and I would like you to pass on my thanks to her. AND will definitely use Zedcarz again if or when the need arises, I also intend to recommend to others.

It used to be a reliable taxi service. It has failed me twice now on airport collection. I had to wait half an hour for the car to arrive and the driver insisted for cash payment on arrival which was never the case whenever I book for a car before. People don’t come back after travelling with a lot of cash in their pocket. Very disappointing service.

Excellent service provided by Zedcarz! Very pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and ability to communicate. Saad took our booking and kept us informed. Our driver, Kandasamy, was very courteous, pleasant and a safe driver. Pickup and destination was on time. A relaxing ride.
Overall, a great service and can highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. Have used Zedcarz on several occasions when staying overnight for events at Sandown Park. The service from start to finish is second to none. Any query or change is acted on immediately, the drivers are absolutely brilliant, so friendly and professional, the cars are amazing and you are kept up-to-date on your cars arrival. The cost is also brilliant for the service guaranteed. Just wish they were local to where I live in Essex as would use them all the time.

Zedcarz’ Star Driver - Tariq!
I’ve just had the pleasure of being driven by Tariq from Esher Manor Care Home (Esher) where I was a guest, to my home in West Molesey.
I have to say that the moment Tariq smiled through the driver’s window, his unique charisma was evident and I regretted that my journey home was so short, because he was an absolute joy to converse with.
Not only was he a highly competent and careful driver, he had superb communication skills, was a perfect listener and an absolute master of the art of conversation.
I will be using Zedcarz frequently for similar journeys in the future and will always ask if Tariq is available, because he is truly exceptional as a driver and as a human being.
Not surprisingly, he’s already received a recent glowing review on Trustpilot.
