I don’t know what it is happening with my order

I bought a wig two months ago.The expect dispached time was 2 weeks ago,however I haven’t gotten any new about it.I have wroten to the company many times by Instagrama asking for other way to contact with them.I have not received any information about my order.I don’t know what more I can do. Save yourself the loss

If you are not an influencer of some kind don't bother. Yet another company selling through amazing pictures and the product is no where near the same. I have worn wigs for years due my alopecia and saved up for this HH peice at £820 but was so disappointed. The hair is dry and frizzy and it I am outside in rain, its a full Bush on my head! When I tried to get help they advised the quality might have been affected in transit, in the 24 hours its was in a box? Unless the driver took a shortcut through the underworld, im not sure how he burned the hair inside the packaging. I was also told I could buy olaplex of I am unhappy with the texture? Spend more of my money to fix, what at this price should have been perfect condition? It is so thick and heavy, and after a week of wearing the hair at the nape of the neck is constantly bunching, which means it's not cuticle.correct and not easy to wear at all, I have to brush it out all day long. If you have genuine hair loss and want something realistic to wear day to day, this is not the place. Unfortunately I have spent all my money on this peice and have no choice but to have hagrid hair till I can replace this. I asked for a partial refund or help but was told there is no help.as I have already worn it. Which is fair, thats ehats in the website. However the quality if what they have sent me in no way stands up to what I agreed to either!

Not the same units pictured

I have 3 zeeelle wigs. Allegra, Giselle, and Cindy

None of them look like the photos.
The hair quality is nice. The hairline is decent. Definitely not customized and pre plucked as they say. But my main issue is I ordered 3 wigs and not one of them looks like the listing photo. The cheapest wig was 1100 usd. Don’t be fooled by the listing photos. And the length pictured says 22-24” but when I order 24” it definitely doesn’t look the same.

They give out high quality professionally colored wigs for reviews but what you receive if they don’t know you’ll be reviewing the wigs is a basic unit with barely any precision or skillful color.

I have photos of all 3 units if I could post them here I would

I have wigs from RPGshow that cost half of what these do and the color is always very similar to the photos and the wigs never have a bunch of short hairs or anything the only thing I don’t like about rpgshow is they don’t have a transparent lace option. If they did I would have never messed with zeeelle

I've been waiting two weeks for my…

I've been waiting two weeks for my order. The money has left my account, but nothing has been sent. Alot of back and forth with customer Service to no avail. I wasn't even sent an order confirmation via email or a tracking number. Thank got I copied the number on the 'thanks for your order' screen.

Now, I'm fed up. I just want a refund, but even that is proving difficult.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Zee elle's wigs. I honestly thought that because it is a company based in the UK, it would definitely be trustworthy. I couldn't be more wrong.

For a start, on their website, the description of their wigs is a copy-paste for all of them. They lack of accuracy to deceive you. Well, NONE of the wigs I received came with a gradient hairline or baby hairs or pre-plucked hairline. Simply NOT TRUE. 2nd, the wigs shown on the images are NOT THE SAME wigs they are SELLING, you do a combination of better quality ones to display that CLEARLY are a free parting 13x6 front lace wig but then what I received was a single middle parted wig. How can you deceive people like this? The girls in the photo are NOT wearing such wigs!!

Finally, I was looking forward to receiving my last wig after 2 weeks as I had hopes some of the promising description was real, but guess what? I got the wrong wig. I checked the quality and how it's made and it's again the same story as with the other two. Therefore I returned the last wig and I regret not returning the other two as well. Sadly I cut the lace of the other 2 when I was so convinced they would look good. If you are thinking of getting their synthetic wigs, avoid disappointment and don't order from this website. I will not buy from zee elle again.

On top of all of the above mentioned, they took about a month to notify Payitmonthly about my return and got charged the instalment that should've been cancelled. Disgraceful.

They blocked me on Instagram!!!

This is a second review as I have now been blocked on their Instagram due to comments on the quality of the hair. Absolutely ridiculous as this is a big company that should be looking into inquiries and complaints of customers. I payed over £750 for my wig and the hair quality is terrible.do not buy. Freedom couture are much better !

Absolutely disappointing

Absolutely disappointing
My nearly £800 came with over bleached knots and lose stitching that shows through the hair- not a high quality as advertised- I would add pictures if I could
Customer service is slow as well. I spent my hard earned on money and expect a full refund as the quality is clearly faulty
The hair dye is also patchy and already shedding- I’ve paid much less for better quality

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Ordered an in-stock hairpiece, advised of delivery between 3 and 5 days.
I hadn’t heard anything by the following Tuesday so contacted via Instagram. I had to REALLY PUSH for a reply (communication shocking). They gave me a defunct tracking number, but advised I will receive the hairpiece for the Thursday ready for my upcoming event.
Roll on Thursday and I messaged again advising of the dodgy tracking. I had nothing back again and only when I pestered them severely because the hairpiece hadn’t arrived as promised. I was only at this point (5pm on Thursday) informed that I will not receive my hairpiece today as promised as someone posted it to the incorrect address (quite worrying and unprofessional).
No real effort was made to rectify this issue and the person I spoke with even said that they “completely understand” - I can assure you, as someone who has had alopecia since the age of two, you have no idea how this feels.
I’ve advised that although I won’t have the hairpiece for the event I had planned on Friday, I would still like it as I had really set my heart on it. I’ve asked for guaranteed 1pm delivery by Royal Mail, and for proof of postage as I cannot trust the imbeciles that work there. Fingers crossed this experience gets better, but I’m not holding my hopes high.

Where is my order? (Resolved)

I am extremely upset with this company, Their customer service is lacking actual customer service, they dont respond to emails etc. I ordered a wig for my partner on the 7th who has been so excited to recieve her new wig as she is very sensitive about her current hair.
Not only had i paid for 3-5 day shipping and the wig was on the ready to ship page..but when contacted by my partner they said the wig was in queue and it'll take 8 days. Its been 9 days with no sign of my order. I honestly think if you cant get the wig shipped out in the days listed, you shouldnt have those options. I will wait a further week before cancelling, if it is not shipped before or by then i will cancel my order, zee.elle should really look into better customer service as obviously instagram isnt working. Thank you

Edit- Thank you for your reply, how do i go about contacting you where i'll get a reply asap? Ive emailed but im yet to get a response.

Where is my wig?? Unacceptable

I am waiting for my wig which I paid expedited shipping for and I have heard absolutely nothing since I asked them to check the status of my order. I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 days) and I am still waiting. The order hasn’t even been dispatched and I ordered it almost two weeks ago. Unacceptable. Don’t offer a service you cannot fulfil

UPDATE they emailed me to tell me its MY FAULT because the wig 'looked' dry like i havent been wearing wigs for 15 years and know how to look after them. I am disgusted by this terrible customer service, how can you blame a customer for your poor quality products. my xylar wig has a giant hole in it and cannot be worn and this company blames the customer... I had 3 zee elle wigs and this is the only faulty wig and they refuse to take blame

Where do I begin?!?

Where do I begin? Made two purchases back in JANUARY. Reached out to them to confirm my order and that the wigs would arrive in time for an trip/event I had planned to wear one too. March was my deadline. My deadline came and went and I did NOT receive my wigs in time. After I arrived home from my trip the units arrived. They arrived different from what I ordered. I asked for very specific instructions for the wigs as well as the cut/color. Both wigs were horribly wrong. Unfortunately the only way to get them corrected was to come out of pocket and send them back. So I did that. $45 to send them back to the UK. I let them know immediately that items were being returned to please start on the correct units so I did not have to wait again. Fast forward to now end of April, one of the wigs arrived and finally the color was right the cut was beautiful but the unit was damaged. They basically insinuated that I damaged the unit because they’re sure it was checked before it was sent to me. Now they want me to spend another $45 to return the damaged wig back to them. I still have not received my other wig and I am being told I would take another three weeks at least. I am not sure who runs this company but I must say I am completely disgusted with how my situation has turned out. When I initially made my orders of over $1800 for these two wigs I have since closed the account i used to make the purchase and they now refuse to give me any refund to my current open account. So I am still out of one wig and my option is to send the wig that was damaged upon arrival back and spend another $45 and I cannot even be refunded obviously due to the initial account being closed. So what are my options are? Wait another three months for them to remake the wig again?

I WAS CHARGED TWICE AFTER EMAILING TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND MY ORDER CANCELED IMMEDIATELY! I have tried every Avenue to reach someone!!! I am disgusted over this!

Horrible company **update -refunded**

Horrible company. I ordered my wig in August, spent over $600. I have tried to contact them multiple times and only got a response once I started commenting on the social media pages. I STILL don't have my wig. They told me at the end of December they would contact the courier and issue me a refund. GUESS WHAT!!!??? still no wig and still no refund.

Update: it took a long time but I did get a refund. I understand it is tough right now but I really wish the CS would have made me feel less like I was pulling teeth on a high value item. My parcel was lost by the courier so not really their fault but they could have helped me much quicker and gotten this resolved sooner in my opinion. I'm happy is finally resolved and disappointed that I didn't get my wig and that it took so long to figure out. Very frustrating but thanks for finally refunding.

BUYERS BEWARE

I wish I took all of the negative reviews into account before impulsively buying a Zee.Elle wig. I asked for a 24inch unit with NO baby hairs, and received a 22inch unit with baby hairs. The hair arrived with product in it which gave it a weird, sticky feel, and the ends were cut so blunt and horribly that I’ll have to fix them myself. The dye job is horrible, and there are noticeable dye splotches all over the wig. It’s a mess. Based on others’ experiences, I know that returning the wig is out of the question. This company writes their return policy so that you are stuck with a horribly-constructed wig after paying a serious amount of money. I’m bummed I spent over $1,000 USD for a wig that is less than mediocre in quality. Zee.Elle also posts a lot of fake positive reviews on this website, all located in GB where the wig was shipped from.

UPDATE: Zee.Elle replied to my messages stating they would be in touch with their production team to see what could be done, but I never received any further correspondence. Terrible customer service.

At this point I am just f***ed up

At this point I am just f***ed up! Like what is your problem to communicate with your customers??? I am waiting for my wig since nearly two months. Nobody knows where my package is and zeeelle is not responding! If they don’t answer me the next few days I will report them to PayPal and make reviews about them on Instagram and YouTube!

I ordered a 'ready to ship' IDA wig on…

I ordered a 'ready to ship' IDA wig on the 17th December, and was told it would arrive within a few days. It didn't. I waited a few more days because of consideration for the Christmas period, but still didn't receive my wig. I emailed them as well, but didn't receive a response. I'm currently going through chemotherapy and I've lost all my hair. It was important to me to have a wig before I lost it all, but unfortunately this site did not deliver on time. And still, have not delivered. I'm still waiting for a response.
