I have never had such a bizarre and bad experience with a company. I ordered four dresses for a trip that was over a month out. I received an email saying two were not available and to pick something else. I did not want anything else. I then noticed, after advertising 'fast shipping', expected shipping was 5 weeks out! This was not stated at the time of order. I asked to cancel the entire order. What ensued was 13 emails! Each time I reiterated CANCEL the order, I received a discount offer or a pick something else as if they didn't read CANCEL. Finally I received a 50% refund. When I asked where the other 50% was, they told me they were going to ship the available dresses! By now I am in another country and have had to ask my credit card company to deal with this mess. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's not worth the pain factor.

Practically nonexistent customer service. Nearly two months to receive an incomplete order - only one of two items. The top received didn’t even have a label and was made of cheap material with no fabric or care labels to know what it was made of. My requests for a refund before they ever started the order were refused and I’m sure I won’t get money back for this top received which is going into a donation pile. Very disappointed.
