I was looked after again by Mr Javaid. This is my second surgery with him and his team. I cannot thank the whole team enough I was truly looked after from start to finish. My results so far (9 days post op) are amazing and I’m hoping they stay the same. If you are looking for a good knowledgeable surgeon and team this is the place to go. 5 star treatment from initial call through to treatment and support. I can’t speak high enough of Dr Maini and his team.
We achieved full removal of my (large) Xanthelasma in one treatment. Post op instructions and aftercare were impeccable.
No reservations in recommending Dr Maini and Zenith Cosmetics in Nottingham.

outstanding treatment!
Dr Maini has treated me for over 9 years and I would not go anywhere else. His kind and patient manner leaves me feeling at ease and he explains the process and answers any questions I have. The results have always been outstanding and I travel over 100 miles each visit to be expertly treated my him and his team. I would recommend him 100% to others and have done so to family and friends.

Ear keloid removal
I was treated by Dr Maini for the removal of an ear keloid caused by a conch piercing. I am extremely happy with the results and Dr Maini was exceedingly considerate and helpful throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this clinic for treating ear keloids.

Very trustable and highly recommended
I went to Zenith Cosmetic Clinics feeling overwhelmed and genuinely distressed after a previous surgery elsewhere to fix my malar bags went badly wrong. What was supposed to help me ended up leaving me with even more insecurity, and when the original clinic tried to correct it with cauterisation, I was left with scars and visible indentations that have affected my confidence deeply.
By the time I saw Dr. Maini, I was honestly exhausted — physically and emotionally. He treated me with kindness and understanding at a time when I really needed someone to listen. He took the time to explain what had happened and what options might help me moving forward. For the first time since my procedure went wrong, I felt heard, and I felt a little bit of hope.
I’m still dealing with the aftermath, but I’m grateful that Dr. Maini offered compassion and guidance when I felt completely lost about what to do next.

Enlighten III tattoo removal
Yesterday I had my consultation for enlighten III tattoo removal with Rita. She walked me through the whole process, as well as the recovery process as well as answering any questions I had. I was put at ease, and made to feel very comfortable from the moment I entered the clinic.
My first session was booked in quickly and I have had this today. Again, the reception staff were warm and welcoming.
Rita completed my tattoo removal session confidently and quickly, meaning there was minimal discomfort. She answered any follow-up questions and I have had my second session booked in for February.

Aviclear is not worth it
The only clinic that did help me out when it came to scheduling the process of getting Aviclear in the UK as a foreigner. The 3/5 is here because I hope I can save someone money. Aviclear did nothing for me. It did not make my acne better or worse. It has been half a year now so I can claim this with confidence. Please-unless you are deseprate and have money to waste-do NOT go through with it. If you are skinny beware that it is also most definitely NOT pain free. I had a very painful gyno intervention with just local anesthesia and did not cry. In comparison-Aviclear pain was horrific. I left in tears the first time around. I keep thinking I could have gone to Japan and back again with this money. Just stay away. Try B5 megadoses and Roccutane instead. This is bullshit.

Dr Maini is OUTSTANDING
Dr Maini absolutely saved me after I experienced a severe complication caused by another aesthetics practitioner. I contacted him directly after two A&E visits and lots of antibiotics to see if he could help as I had become really unwell. Dr Maini overbooked his clinic to see me on the same day and immediately offered me a high level of expert knowledge and reassurance that he could help. Over the following 5 weeks, this incredible doctor not only performed a successful minor surgical procedure to deal with the acute issue, but he then also checked in with me every single day until I was completely healed to make sure that there were no further problems. I honestly could not believe how excellent the care he provided was. Dr Maini has a rare combination of true empathy for his patients, exceptional aesthetics expertise and superb clinical skills. I will forever be grateful to this wonderful man and will always recommend him above everyone else to anyone who may be considering having an aesthetics treatment.
