Thrilled with my EV charger. Zenith were excellent as they guided me through the whole process from initial explanation to installation. Communication from Olivia and Thasleem was faultless and efficient.
Yesterday Josh fitted our charger and left no trace of disturbance or rubbish behind him. He, again, provided a very clear explanation of the installation and helped me to link the charger to my Hive App.
I have nothing but praise for Zenith.

Thank you for fitting the EV charger. The engineer (Ben) was very helpful saying where it would be best placed on the brick wall. When power was turned off only for 20mins. The job took 3 hours and cleared up after the job was done. That's when you have a good workmanship. I would like to thank Olivia organising everything, nothing was too much trouble and communication went along way. Also after the questionnaire was completed and very quickly with the installation date. Didn't have to wait long, Thanks again from start to finish with order.

Great service, everything was explained very thoroughly. Impeccable installation very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Shortly after processing the order Hive order, Zenith contacted me and arranged for the additional survey items and photos to be done. After this was completed, further prompt follow up to arrange the installation. Installation was very smooth and the engineers did a great job. They were also very helpful explaining the Hive setup and some good advice.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received by Olivia with her excellent customer skills, and the engineers quality of work to get this to completion quickly.

Olivia at HQ was outstanding and I couldn't be more grateful for her service. Hive told me my EV charger would take 6 weeks, but as soon as I was transferred to Zenith they came and installed it the next working day! Two engineers showed up promptly after giving me a 20 minute heads up and proceeded to install within an hour. The quality of work was faultless and the guys couldn't have been more friendly. I was given all safety certificates and a full demo of the new ISO board and Surge Protector unit, and the guys very kindly helped me set up the Hive app, couldn't be happier with the experience and have full confidence in the appliance after being shown hands on the results of the testing process.

Recently had an ev charger fitted and the experience was very good. Fitted on exact time and date as quoted. Very efficient.

What a fantastic company from start to finish a super easy process took roughly about 6 weeks from the start of the process to everything done and completed. The guys that fitted and done the work were lovely.

I ordered a EV charger via Hive/British Gas. I was told as a Hive & BG customer it would all be taken care of and it would all be a very smooth process, they would arranage any necessary ugrades etc. So I Completed all the pictures and survey information and sent it to BG/Hive.
I was then told I'd get a video call in the next two days from the installers to talk me through my requirements. Didn't happen!!!!! Instead I stumbled upon an email in my junk folder a month later of an "installation survey questionaire". Completed this with lots more photos and information to be told I need a meter fuse upgrade (not heard a thing form zenith about this, I actually received an email from National Grid advising me). The day the fuse upgrade was completed, I advised Zenith and was then told "oh sorry, you now need to get an ISO switch on the meter. And you'll have to arrange all that yourself". So I arranged the ISO switch waiting another two weeks for BG. As that was literally being installed I received a call from Zenith who were due the very next day, they said "yeah sorry, but we've looked at the pictures again and we can't install this in your garage because of health and safely". So my order from mid November has taken over two months and two days of lost pay while my meter was being upgraded all for nothing!

Had new loft and underfloor insulation installed by Zenith 2 years ago.i fit a new loft hatch a few months ago and whilst up in the loft i noticed the new insulation was only 75% done i.e one bedroom had no new insulation above it.i complained to Zenith oct 2023 and they said one of their team will be in touch.im still waiting for them 3 months later to get in touch.i asked for updates on numerous occasions but heard nothing as yet Jan 2024.

I recently had my house insulated by Zenith Eco Solutions, and I'm thoroughly impressed, especially with Michael Tierney, Martyn Smith, and Stephen Hughs. These guys are fantastic!

Their work quality is outstanding and they paid attention to every detail, showing off their top-notch skills. But what really stood out was their friendly professionalism.

They were super considerate about not being disruptive and they kept me in the loop constantly. Efficient, clear communication all the way.

In short, if you need insulation work, these are the guys to call. Huge thanks to Michael, Martyn, and Stephen – you guys nailed it!

Zenith Eco Solutions recently came and fitted my EV charger. They were professional and arranged the installation within a couple of weeks of my order. The engineer that came was prompt, courteous and tidy and explained the features of the hardware he installed. If anything was lacking, it was the knowledge of next steps and how to use the charger with the App. Overall though, very happy with the service.👍

The engineer who came (Joshua Jacobs) was absolutely fantastic, very conscientious and did a very neat job! I was really happy and have had compliments from the neighbours on how neat it looks!
Jordan Bradshaw also did a fab job of organising everything for me. There were a couple of cancelled engineers initially due to sickness etc and he always let me know and was apologetic etc. Lovely company!

Great service start to end. Fitter was excellent and wrapped up the install within 2.5 hours. He also cleaned up after the install. The support from Jordan was great too.

I have recently had a Hive (British Gas) Alfen EV charger installled by Zenith Eco Solutions. Zenith were contracted to do the job as the original BG installers could not complete the charger installation. The installation was more complicated than usual, but the Zenith team were able to complete the job efficiently and professionally, with minimal disruption. Throughout the process, from booking to completion,Zenith provided timely and relevant communication on what needed to be done when this it would happen. The experience of having the EV charger installed by Zenith has been totally positive. I have no hesitation in recommending Zenith Eco Solutions for EV charger installation.

Happy with how my work has turned out workmen are great very clean with in working at the property im gladto have my work carried out with zeneith.
