Recently had installation done to my property with this company.. Joe kite the guy who handles when an how what work will be done was fantastic at making sure I understood everything and handle every situation professionally .. overall the work that was done was fantastic the guys on the job did amazing work no mess no problems or mess and they made sure everything was cleaned up after they had finished i just want to add also how brilliant the plaster work was never seen something so neat ! Definitely recommend this company . Thank again

These guys are exceptional from the first phone call to get a quote for my new boiler to the very fast installation I cannot fault them even the warranty with them and reassurance that you are in good hands for the next 10 years gives great peace of mind. Over all the whole experience went so smooth they took care of everything, nothing was a problem they was professional and prompt in overseeing my boiler installation and removing the old one plus storage tanks and all at the best price around. I highly recommend zenith solutions thank you so much guys you done a fantastic job.

We had Solar panels, air source heat pump, a new heating system and cavity wall insulation installed by the Zenith Eco Solutions team. The communication and coordination of the work was excellent, the installers were very professional, tidy (cleaned up & took all rubbish away when they had finished working). They were exceptionally hardworking and finished the job in under a week. So impressed. Thank you.

On the Monday morning the Plumbers arrived, I have never met 2 more Professional tradesmen as Craig, and Fin, they went above and beyond, showing us the procedure from start to commissioning the plumbing, they enjoyed the Bacon and Egg sandwiches I made for them too!

Be wary as all is not what it says on their website
Their contract in their words is a generic contract and cannot be tailored to suit the customer
The contract they want you to sign covers them for any damage they cause in your property meaning the customer has to pay the repair !
Zenith cannot even spell contract correctly on the header page ( spelt contarct)
To many people getting in contact with us was confusing and because I refused to sign their contract they were rude and communication ceased.
Be on your guard with this company as they clearly want to get in your property and do the quickest and cheapest job possible and leave you with the headache of possible damage afterwards.
They even contracted a company to install scaffolding who damaged my gatepost when getting in the driveway which has been an issue to get repaired!!!!!!

can’t recommend Zenith Eco Solutions highly enough. From my initial contact to quick fitting appointment everyone I spoke to was so extremely helpful. Byron kept in contact daily with me when fitting started ensuring the teams had arrived and everything was ok. He was a pleasure to deal with. As for the fitting teams,(cavity walls, loft insulation, electricians and solar) they were all very polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable in their prospective roles which enabled them to work quickly with as little disruption as possible.
As for the plumbing engineers they were here the longest. I can’t praise Ben and his team enough. Honestly they are the best plumbers I’ve ever used. Due to the nature of the installation I expected disruption but they worked with me and my 2 dogs to keep this to a minimum . They were so knowledgeable about the tank and air pump I was having and al ate had time to answer any questions I had. When they left everything was tidy you wouldn’t have known they’d been here. I am over the moon.

Zenith completed a boiler removal and replacement today , new boiler relocated replacing an existing tank , two fitters two days ,housekeeping had been given considerable thought for the duration of the task
Updates given periodic and time given at the end to take us both thru the process of showing us how to get the best out of the new system

Fast, efficient and arrived on time.
Zenith were extremely helpful with the choice of boiler, sending someone out promptly to give me an assessment. Friendly workforce from office staff and the engineers. Nothing was too much trouble, they did exactly what I asked for. They tidied up before leaving. Extremely happy.

Callum and team were excellent doing the plumbing for heat pump as were Darren and boys, the electricians. Clean and tidy. Didn’t waste time just got on with work. Couldn’t fault them. Lagging and trickle ventilators were also put in which are brilliant.

Very pleased, happy with the work that was done, saved me a fortune in heating costs. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! I couldn't believe i was getting all of the work done for free, all of the engineers were lovely and it was nice to arrive home from hospital to meet them all. Thank you to Dan who came before the job started and Byron who talked me through all the work and explained everything it was also lovely to meet him on the final day of the job. Thank you to Zenith and all of the team and engineers for the work you have done at my home.

Had solar and battery installed. The staff was brilliant from start to finish so professional and would highly recommend this company

I gave 5 stars as after the installation of my eco 4 grant , i did have some problems .
These problems were caused by the installers , who were contracting to Zenith.
The 5 stars are for the customer service i received in addressing these problems , the tradespeople who have since been sent to rectify the initial problems .
People are quick enough to complain , so i feel its also fair to give praise were its due

I hired Zenith to insulated my entire house. As a result, my energy rating improved from an E to a C, and It is warmer. I want to thank the whole team for their excellent work- especially Will,Andy,Jason and everyone involved.

Left my house in a mess, tradesmen gave up half way through. Floorboards cut unprepared, they wouldn't relay carpets, botched housings for boiler and system hasn't worked since install and blaming me. They always have an excuse we now live heating house with fan heaters. They take their money n run

Had a conversation with Joe Kite one of the senior designers for Solar panels systems. We're looking at improving our home efficiency and was enquiring about solar panels. He was very informative and gave a detailed breakdown of cost and potential savings. Excellent professionalism and had no pressure to purchase. Very happy with service, in future when we decide to get them installed. We will be going with Zenith ECO solutions.
