From start to finish from workmen to management an absolute disgrace. Appointments cancelled, workmen smashed trophies, chipped flooring, stood on worktops with dirty boots. No respect for the customer or property. Had to make numerous visits as the equipment they brought was faulty or didn’t bring the correct items with them. Management don’t want to know. They have repaired some things but not all after months of trying to sort things I’m still waiting and now due to change of staff have to provide all the info again. The stress this company causes I don’t know how they are still allowed to operate. And as far as completing works you set out to do why are you now in contact with me after 6 months to try and sort out more incompetence. Even all your staff have left says a lot. With reference to duplicated works look at my file (if you can find it) nothing has been duplicated. Incompetent again? So Monday I was advised directors were having a meeting and I would get a decision that day, Tuesday got a email to say they would be in touch, rang yesterday and still no outcome 4 days later. So the same old story from the top to bottom of the company.

Polite, professional and diligently hardworking. I can’t thank the whole zenith team enough, they have truly transformed my life for the better with an amazing heating system that works for me and my daughter. Thank you again 🙏

To the dedicated staff ( Jonathan & Dan) & Zenith workmen, whom did an immensely immaculate job, all of them very punctual and polite. Explained each step of work, friendly and hoovered up every day, leaving no mess. This project turned out perfectly thanks to your great work. Pleased with results. I recommend the named workmen from zenith company especially Dave & Liam both are a real asset to the team as both delivered very high standards of workmanship with carrying out tasks till late or until customer is satisfied with the job 110%.

All the work is done to an excellent standard. All the paperwork and regulations are adhere to. Lovely experience with no problems.

Left my tenant's garden piled with building materials and rubbish without permission, while carrying out work on a neighbouring property. Parked a van in her garden. Nails sticking out of the piles of rubbish (which we were told would be removed immediately mid last week- still there now). Her garden and drive are totally blocked and unusable.

For clarity, following the reply below, the garden is not shared. The neigh pirate has the right to walk to her house over it. No right to fill it with building materials and rubbish!

We decided to use Zenith for our Solar Panel and Air Source Heat Pump installation after receiving a cold call from them. We can not fault the process. From start to finish, they were efficient and professional. Contacting them with queries was easy and quick, they were always on the end of the phone. The process was super fast and the workmanship was superb. Having a very old house, we were concerned, but they listen to our views and adapted to suit us when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Staff couldn't do enough for me I'm elderly live alone and was a bit worried about having the work carried out.They did everything in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards I'm very pleased well done Zenith!

From start to finish the whole journey was transparent and planned well, good consultation with the management and tradesmen.

I was really reluctant to proceed with the Eco 4 scheme as i recently been put on benefits due to health problems, the company advised me they would send Mark out to survey the property, very nice bloke he spent 3 hours and 30 mins looking at the property taking dimensions and photos, after he had left it took the company about a month to come to me and said yes we have the funding available to do insulation for the whole house, solar and ashp. The contractors who where to do the insulation first day spent prepping, then the following 2 weeks they insulated front room, dinning room, front bedroom, hallway, back bed room, front attic, back attic and attic hallway. the most time they took was the attic and cutting as the insulated plasterboards they had used where 2.4m long and 1.2m wide, The plasters did banging job, i called them Romeo & Juliet. plaster was done so smooth that i never needed to sand it done, even with all of this work going off there was mess and this was expected but they did clean up after them selfs and left the areas in a good standard. As the days progressed more stuff started to arrive i had solar followed by the plumber who had ordered the 200 litre tank with out heat pump, lovely bloke Craig & sleepy Fin they never rushed on the job, they calmly worked never under pressure, i asked them to save me the boiler as i was giving it away, they treated it like their own not even a single scratch and they left it me where i wanted it, they put in a radiator in the kitchen, ran all new pipe work, kept it nice and neat you couldn't tell where they had bought the pipe work from but when i asked about lagging they had used their own to lag the pipework as i didnt have any. They had a smart wireless thermostat but i already had one and wanted to use it, never had a smart thermostat i got one of those Tado ones, the electrician wired it up, he understood what i was saying to them, as the tado thermostat was new, ive tested and it works nicely, the electrician did a marvellous job, he literally wired the solar pv from the top to the bottom, pushed the pv cable into conduit, asked him if he would be willing to run it side of the house, he was very understanding very easy to work with and carried on the task, clean professional straight cabling, not bent or anything, pushed in a new consumer unit this covered the ASHP & PV, spliced into the mains cabling pushed in henley blocks for them inc a new earth terminal block, showed me everything anything i asked him he answered, nicely cabled how a sparky should do it. the office staff esp Marcus Brooks, he has been amazing from day one, anything and everything i have asked him he has done for me. The company did send a contract and set of dates & tell you truth they are on week 7 even if they where on week 500 i wouldnt care less, as i wouldnt want anyone else touching my home apart from these lovely people. All i would say is just trust the staff at Zenith. They have a team for every area, for my property i mainly dealth with Jonathan and Marcus, who know which person you would get but you can always ask for them.

It is not always about getting a first class service with no hitches at concept although that is the ideal. Unfortunately, there are times when things do not go quite to plan as it should. When there is some adversity, as sometimes happen due to unforeseeable problems, it is then that the true flag shows, getting things back on track, providing a true and responsive customer liaison, sorting things out to a positive and fulfilling conclusion as was the case with my contract.
ECO4's Customer Liaison were excellent in their handling of the situation and to me, product support is just as, if not more, important than the initial product supply.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the team at Zenith Eco Solutions, in particular Zac. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.It was a simple phone call, everything was explained to me and I had my EV charger fitted within a couple of days. Fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed in this company. In the very last minute they cancelled everything. I went with another company and it was much more smoother.

Oh, where do I begin with the absolute delight that is Zenith Eco Solutions? You know you’re in for a real treat when your very first interaction with a company is straight out of a low-budget reality TV show. I had the misfortune of accompanying my partner to collect her belongings — already dreading it thanks to the legendary horror stories floating around — and let’s just say, Zenith did not disappoint.

Enter Liam Owens, the self-proclaimed director (though “wannabe nightclub bouncer” might be more accurate). Within moments of arriving, he blessed us with a masterclass in customer relations — barking threats, flexing aggression, and even offering me a fight round the corner. Because nothing says “professional eco company” like a playground-style challenge behind the bins.

Naturally, when he realized I wasn’t exactly backing down, the bravado evaporated faster than their customer service standards. Off he scurried behind a locked office door, where he continued to shout profanities and bang like a caged gorilla trying to impress tourists. Honestly, I haven’t seen that level of theatrical rage since a toddler dropped their ice cream.

In short, this was hands-down the most surreal, unhinged, and downright embarrassing display of “leadership” I’ve ever witnessed. If you’re considering dealing with Zenith Eco Solutions — don’t. Unless you’re specifically looking for an episode of “How Not To Run A Business” live and in-person, avoid this company like a wasps’ nest on fire.

And just when I thought the madness had ended, I discovered they now check my LinkedIn profile weekly. Why? Who knows. Perhaps they’re looking for tips on professionalism, or maybe it’s just another chapter in their growing portfolio of odd and uninvited behaviour. Either way, it’s as creepy as it is pathetic.

I've have the installation done but with issues, they have left jobs undone and mess up my electricity. I have no electric on my 2 floors since they done this installation and they say it's my fault. I had no issues before they came. Would not recommend.

Zenith still trying to say its my electrics, before they came, I had no problems with my electricity. Please be careful of the Trade people you choose. I've now gone to the ombudsman.
