I lost my fob and reached out to Zenith Management via email to purchase a new one. The management office provided clear instructions and responded promptly, resulting in an overall positive customer experience. Thanks to the excellent service I received from Alex Clarke, he delivered quick assistance in helping me obtain an access fob when I assumed it would take a few days !

I can’t fault Martin and Martin that work in the concierge office in Lowry Wharf! I lived in my apartment there for 10 years and during that time, I relied on them both a lot.

Would just like to make a note of the concierge service - both martins (tall and small) are the most friendly and helpful team. Nothing is ever too much a bother for them and they are extremely accommodating
