Great experience with Customer Services answering my questions pre launch, helpful , go the extra mile. App is very clean and easy to navigate. Card and packaging is high quality, looking forward to using this product going forward as a customer.

Received my Zero card very quickly. Couldn’t wait to use it! Was easy to top up and use, the app is super easy to navigate plus of course you get to keep an eye on your green score each time you spend! Great work!

I’m really impressed by the ethics behind this new bank. It will certainly appeal to others. The app is easy to navigate and I feel I have control over my finances.

Really easy to set up, a simple interface to use and I love the GreenScore element to see how sustainable my lifestyle is.
I also like the ability to link all your other accounts so all your spending is considered when working out how sustainable your spending is across the board.

Finally a bank I can actually trust to ‘do good’ as well as keeping my money safe. So far loving what they have built, very slick design and I’m looking forward to seeing their next releases :-)
