Zero Waste Outlet Reviews

Fast. Fair priced. Good

Great packaging too!

I ve only tried the toothbrush, but it has great hand feel.
I couldn't believe how much plastic waste is involved in American's oral care.
The floss and toothpaste tablets were purchased for travel to a country more aware than the US...

Fast delivery and great products at an affordable price. Makes great gifts to help coax other people in your life to make small changes for our planet. I love Zero Waste Outlet!

The products work really well, and I appreciate the nice and natural scents. I baught the kitchen and bathroom sets. They have worked wonderfully. The kitchen soap is amazing at cutting grease, and I love the zest smell. I have not used the laundry detergent yet, but I am excited to try it.

This was my first order with this company. The website was easy to navigate. My order was shipped out promptly and arrived in excellent condition. I ordered the wool dryer balls. They performed as described and met my expectations. I am very happy with my experience with this company and the product I ordered.

The quality of the sponges that I bought is excellent… You can tell by the thickness of the sponge when it’s wet that there’s so much more substance to it than anything that you buy on the shelves in the store. It means a lot to our household that we use ecologically safe products in our home, in our refrigerator, and even with the clothes we wear. I am so tickled with these sponges. Very happy to have found them! They arrived quickly… I made sure to buy extras so I can have them in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

Quickly shipped to us and the dish brush heads are great quality! I also appreciate that the packaging is environmentally friendly.

Great products! I purchased the assorted kitchen cleaning tools (soap holder, scrubbing brushes, sponges), bath rag, face sponge and dish soap/laundry soap blocks! Everything works so well and is made with quality. Great way to bring less packaging and plastic into the home

I love all my stuff from ZWO. We have so many favorites! I wish I could find the rose scented bar soap I used to order.

The whole family loves using and saying “not-paper towels”😀

I love natural things! Really love the natural bristle dish/sink/kitchen brushes with wood handles that replace the plastics! :)

Thank you for this much needed service!

Jim

All the ways I love thee: The quality and variety of your products. The affordability/accessibility, especially the option to save more when buying in bulk. Knowing that I’m supporting your small, family-owned/operated business. Finally, feeling like I’m supporting others who care about the environment and humans’ eco-footprint as much as I do, and that you personally acknowledge me each and every time I buy from you - I feel like I matter, as a consumer-with-impact, yet am also recognized as a human being, not simply a consumer-of-goods. 🙏🏻💜☺️🫶🦄🌱👏🏻

I actually ordered the tabs with fluoride by mistake because I didn't see that there was a choice. They took a pretty long time to arrive. I just ordered some more without fluoride. These are great and I love that they come in paper and I can put them in my own reusable airtight container for daily use.

Great company to work with. Thanks so much!

I placed an order for the coarse exfoliation soap bag, and the soap holder. My order arrived on time and perfect condition. I use the exfoliation soap bag with my turmeric bar soap and it works great, it’s not too harsh on my skin, but it gets the job done.

Customer service was personalized and efficient.

I love these products. The large block of soap and the dome brush are my favorites.

I've been re-stocking hard & soft brushes for a couple months now and not only do they always get here super fast, they have a great quality and have really become my go to for dish washing. I noticed the non-stick layer in my pans has also lasted for longer!

Really affordable and great products that I know I will get a lot of use out of. Fantastic customer service, quick shipping, and great personal touch with the handwritten note and cards explaining how to use, care for and eventually dispose of every item.

Delivery was really quick. And product is great. I'm looking forward to shopping more from them.
