Zero Waste Outlet Reviews

After placing an order for a few items, USPS lost my package. The team at ZWO was very quick to send another without any hesitation. I appreciate that they were willing to help me out here even without them being at fault. I will definitely be continuing to purchase from ZWO because of the customer service.

Every product I've tried works as well or better than the stuff from the big box stores. I love the minimal packaging and no plastic. Shampoo bar - fantastic, toothpaste tabs - great, all-purpose, bathroom and glass cleaner refills - wonderful value.

Great products, quick turnaround time and fair price.

Shipping was fast, and I love the dish scrubbers! This is my first time using them after using regular sponges my whole life. I was worried they wouldn’t hold soap as well, but I think they’re actually better than sponges! Plan on composting in my backyard compost when the time comes. Will continue to buy indefinitely.

Amazing products and amazing service! Gotta support small family businesses like this one. Will buy again!

Helpful communications, friendly. Satisfactory delivery. High quality product.

The silicone covers I bought for food storage containers are amazing! The fit is tight but flexible enough to peel off without issue or worries of tearing. Very thankful this company makes them.

I've ordered a few things from Zero Waste and have been more than satisfied with the quality of the products. I feel like I'm making a difference in smart shopping with a small business, no matter how small.

I usually purchase directly from the product website but Zero Waste Outlet had better shipping costs and delivery times. Product was $2 more but shipping was $3 less and almost a week faster. Obviously wasn't about the price but the convenience.

I was in the market for a brand of household goods that isn’t the same old plastic trash I’m used to from the grocery store or Amazon. This brand was exactly what I was looking for, and the goods hold up. It is a better quality of product and it is indeed making my own life less wasteful. I look forward to an expanded list of products if that is their goal.

The business model is consciousness-expanding, the goods are amazing - from kitchen supplies to bathroom to self-care - and the service absolutely top-notch and personal, a rarity these days. With appreciation Zero Waste.

great selection, easy to find what I'm looking for, very competitive pricing, great quality.

I loved these products and I felt the prices are very reasonable. I appreciated the non-plastic packaging.

I discovered Zero Waste Outlet through my Shop app. I had points that were expiring that were greater than my normal $1 or $2, so I thought I would see if there was anything I could use them on. Turns out we’d been needing a new dish brush, and I was keen to avoid plastic. Zero Waste Outlet had the item in stock and I had enough points to cover the cost of the item, meaning I only needed to chip in for shipping (which was a steep $7.99 but I get it). I sent the order through and received the email almost immediately that the order was being packed up. And to my surprise, not long after another email told me it was shipped, and it really was! (I get so sick of those email notifications saying the order is on its way, but when you visit the carrier, it says the label was created - sometimes it has taken weeks before that status changes to picked up by shipper). The order arrived within a day or two, and we are very happy with the brush quality. Oh, and I ordered cotton swabs as well. There was zero plastic in the any of the packaging and I love that I’m supporting a small family business that cares about the planet we all inhabit. The personal note was a nice touch as well. I will definitely continue shopping with Zero Waste Outlet!

The products, tooth tabs and wool dryer balls are perfect.

I loved everything I got! From the dish soap block to the facial sponges. I love that these products are plastic free and work so well. Shipping was faster than expected. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

Quality products sent in packaging I could compost or burn in our woodstove. The only thing I had to throw away was the return label. No need to return as Zero Waste exceeded my expectations. I am a dedicated customer.

I’m always on the lookout for companies that truly care about the planet, and Zero Waste Outlet did not disappoint! I purchased a long-handled pot scrubber, and the quality is fantastic—sturdy, well-made, and exactly what I needed to ditch plastic alternatives.

Shipping was $8, which is fair for a small business, and it arrived in an acceptable timeframe, packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable materials—no unnecessary waste!

I’m actively trying to move away from big retailers like Amazon and support businesses that are reducing waste and making a real difference. Zero Waste Outlet is one of those companies, and I’ll definitely be back for more sustainable essentials!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality products with a mission behind them.

Love all my products and everything arrived quickly. I'm passionate about creating as little waste as possible and also supporting family businesses so it was a win/win. There are already more products I plan to add to my daily stock!
