Zero Waste Outlet Reviews

Came quick and package was great

Love this business and the products they offer! They have exceptional customer service as a family-owned and operated business and they align closely with my values as someone who tries to live a zero-waste lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing company, amazing products, make this the norm!!! Love their efforts, keep doing your thing!

They had exactly what I needed! I'd looked for a long time for nailbrushes during the dirty gardening season, and everything was plastic. Thankful for Zero Waste!

Exceeded all expectations. I ordered the mint, vanilla and lavender earl grey lip butters. I love them all, but the earl grey is my favorite. They feel so luxurious and leave my lips so soft. I can’t wait to try ZWO’s other products while on my plastic-free journey. Fast shipping with a lovely thank you card, too. Thank you from your newest lifelong customer!

Have been buying from here for the last 4-5 years and I love it! Great products, very eco friendly and good quality — also great costumer service! Highly recommend!

Great product and was shipped quickly and safely. The personal touch was a definite plus as well. Will spread the word and will buy again!!!

Package arrived sooner than expected and I'm very happy with naturally made dish brushes (which are difficult to find in local stores these days) I ordered. I had a question and it was answered quickly and politely. Great first experience! I'll be shopping at ZWO again.

Great product, fast and sustainably packaged delivery

The products are sturdy and easy to use. There was no plastic in the box from shipping, which makes recycling easier with that. The brushes don’t scratch or scour the dishes. The copper scrubber is flexible and easy to clean. I wish I made the switch sooner!

I appreciate the follow-up after the sale. I gave a 5 star review because I love the product and the customer service has been superb.

Product cleans so frickin well and uses such little soap that every time I clean with it I think “this really is zero waste.” It makes cleaning fun for me and it’s definitely worth the money.

I ordered the laundry detergent. I have a dachshund that leaks pee due to her back legs being paralyzed and it's hard to get that smell fully removed after washing her blankets. This works fantastic!

This is by far my favorite shop for eco-friendly products. They represent everything I want to support. Earth friendly, small family owned and operated and they are super responsive and fast! If you email them with an issue, they literally respond so quickly and personally, it’s like emailing with a friend, not a ‘company’.
I typically receive my orders in under a week, which is great because I forget to order my laundry strips until I’m down to ONE 😳 Since finding them, I have not ordered order from anywhere else.

The bamboo brush is terrific. Feels great on the scalp and causes no static at all. Great customer follow up as well.

Fast shipping, secure packing, item is as described and eco-friendly too!

So far, I'm quite happy with the Zero Waste Outlet products I purchased. Thank you!

Love the feel of the deodorant, and so far, it works! I appreciate the extra touch of a handwritten note. It really sent home the message this is family run, and by a family that takes environmental impact seriously. I look forward to trying other products as my budget allows.

Thank you! Love the products

My order arrived quickly in a neat small parcel. I am a repeat consumer.😁
