Zero Waste Outlet Reviews

Incredible customer service and great product!

amazing, eco friendly products at a good price that i feel good using! i absolutely love the konjac sponges, they are a friend to sensitive skin, clean well, and are reusable. will definitely be ordering more from here!

It's so satisfying to buy from a company that helps us preserve Mother Earth. The wooden nail brush is a joy to use.

I really appreciate Zero Waste Outlet! They offer great products, and they offer bulk pricing which helps with my budget! I just stocked up on their not-paper towels, cotton swabs, dental floss, and lip balm. The lip balm instantly became my new favorite, though should really try it! I love the Lavender Earl Grey scent.

Great quality products with fast shipping. I love the approach for quality cleaning products with no plastic.

Placed the order and received it expeditiously. Once received, a staff member (owner?) reached out to make sure we were satisfied. Love that kind of personalized customer service. Well done! (Also loved the minimal packaging!)

The product is very good and arrived quickly. The web-site was easy to navigate.

A company that sends hand written thank you notes, follows up with great emails about your order and ships/delivers on time earns my respect and my loyalty!

Products are of very good quality and reasonably priced. Ordering was simple, shipping was prompt, and everything was received quickly and without damage do to excellent and recyclable packaging.

A perfect, transparent, retailer for those concerned about their carbon emissions. I was looking for an alternative online retailer that shared my concerns for the planet, found them, and haven't left! High quality products shipped quickly. Customer service and support is also prompt and helpful. Zero Waste has become a mainstay in my household!

Items were efficiently packed with a minimum of packing materials.
Promply mailed and received.
I love the idea that all items are compostable or recyclable.

This is a family owned company. They recently got my order wrong and Brian was so nice and professional about correcting it! And their products are high quality.

Great Folks, super helpful, great products.

I love all the products I purchased! Shipping was quick, packaging was lovely, all products felt very substantial and of high quality, and everything came with a little note about care and how to recycle in the future.

My entire focus late in life is the reduction of plastic in my life. Divesting myself of my lip balm addiction was daunting. I found Zero Waste Outlet on Instagram and was happy to find No Tox Life lip butter in a cardboard tube. The Zero Waste Outlet website is easy to use, they provide order processing updates, and my order arrived quickly. Highly recommend the lip butter and the lovely folks at Zero Waste Outlet.

The products are amazing - excellent quality. I found their website when looking for plastic free products that also don't mail with any plastic. The prices are great too. Their customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered twice and the owner contacted me immediately and sorted it right away.

The products are great! They shipped so fast, I had my order in just a few days. The coconut scouring pad is my go to. I thought it would be difficult to get the right grip on it to wash but not at all. So glad I got the bottle washer. I use way more than I thought I would. Happy I can change out the palm scrub brush bristles, instead of throwing the whole thing in the trash when it’s yucky. As a former plastic sponge user, I am happy to be using more sustainable products to clean the dishes we eat off of and the pans we cook on. Thank you Zero Waste Outlet!

I love shopping at Zero Waste Outlet! They have great products, fast shipping, and very personable communication. Absolutely recommend!

What a great feeling! Knowing that each product listed was curated and vetted to respect our Earth in every way, creates a fun online shopping experience.

Love the fact that the packaging is biodegradable and attractive. However the essential oils in the lavender earl grey are way too strong. I feel like I'm putting essential oils directly on my lips and not lip butter. My particular purchase was a bit grainy, not smooth as I anticipated. The product could have been larger as well. The price point for what you get is greatly lacking. So definitely
3 stars for me.
