It's my first encounter with Zik support. I had a problem with subscription renewal after the trial period. I almost gave up as I thought this wasn't the best start of my day. Aida came through and speedily resolved the issue. I highly appreciate her help. This is top notch customer service even on a weekend.

I had a very bad experience with ZIK Analytics. I paid for the $1 trial (5 searches) but every time I applied filters and results started loading, it logged me out automatically. After logging back in, everything reset and my trial searches got wasted.
It feels like the system is designed to waste trial attempts instead of helping customers. Support needs to fix this. Not recommended. 😤👎
