Just simply difficult
Just simply difficult. You have to scratch off a number that's so small it's not readable and then they put the CVV number at the end of the card number so that it seems like it's part of the actual card number. Then you go into a checkout system it seems like you're buying something new instead of redeeming the card and then it asked you if you want to redeem or buy new cards. Just a confusing system and now I'm sitting in front of the restaurant waiting for the email so that we can use it. Not going to do this again

Couldn't get advertised place
I received this card as a gift with chilis right on the front being advertised and was so excited to be able to get something special for someone's birthday and then I go to use this and chili's is no longer available. There is only 2 other options on the entire card (both fast food) near us. Why advertise chili's to not let people get it.

Why such a ridiculous way of redeeming a gift card!! I should be able to enter the card number expiring date and Cvv code like a regular gift card.
