So hard to navigate this site. Lost bonuses. Couldn't find the initial bonuses. Lost information. Not a great experience. Just tried it out today!

They make it so hard to withdraw your winnings. They trick you with bonus wagering which means if you have 1 cent in your account and deposit more money , even if you dont collect or want your bonus, it won't let you withdraw your money until you've bet triple the amount and if you somehow get that far it takes days for them to transfer it back hoping you will cancel the withdrawal and keep playing which they keep reminding you that you can cancel your withdrawal anytime and keep playing. They also limit you to collecting only $1500 a day but will accept unlimited amount. Stay away from this site. There percentage to payback isn't regulated but they will tell you it is. If I could give a minus rating I would.

I played this casino for months. I initially had a big win and they stalled and stalled. Then said oh we have a weekly limit you can withdraw, pays were slow in coming. Would of taken months to be paid. Being stupid I kept going became a vip payout limit went up as did the speed of payout. Sounds good right? No the games would be adjusted, crash or reload especially if you achieved a free spin feature on a high bet. The bonuses with 20x play through would magically pay immediately then progressively stop paying on any game the closer you would get to the play through. They suck you in to begin with, then throw just enough back to you that you believe your luck has turned and then flog you dry. Things such proof of your home address and wanting pictures of credit cards + passport photos none of which is required to deposit money. This site is a scam do not use.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Zoome Casino, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

My withdrawal request, made on April 14, wasn’t approved until April 28—two full weeks.

Now it’s May 4 and I still haven’t received my money, even though they claim it’s been "processed." Their support team has given me vague, copy-paste replies and refuses to provide proof of payment or a real timeframe.

No transparency, no accountability, and very poor customer service.

To make things worse, Zoome has a hidden 3x wagering requirement on all deposits—even if you don’t accept a bonus. This means you can’t just deposit and withdraw your own money without gambling it several times first. That’s borderline scammy behavior and highly unusual for reputable casinos.

I’ve filed a formal complaint and will be escalating further to their licensing authority and casino complaint services.

Do not trust this site with your money. There are many more reliable and fair casinos out there—Zoome is not one of them.

I won $4000 and could only take out $1500 each transaction. I did 2 over 16 hours of $1500 and got a message back to say they needed a photo of me with my passport. A photo of my credit card. Photo of drivers license. Photo of utilities bill. 😆. I would not send that so they would not pay out. They put it back on my balance which I gambled away as they planned. The 2nd $1500 they said it didn’t exist and it was the 1st one I was thinking of. What a scam!!

Don’t trust this scam platform and make a mistake I’ve done. First signal, they never deposit your bonus when you choose one, you have to spend hours to deal with their “customer service”. Second, you just keep loosing your money with no winnings or hitting the bonus game. 150$ with 1-1,5$ bet don’t give you any winnings and you end up loosing your deposit for 15 mins.
