I won $4000 and could only take out $1500 each transaction. I did 2 over 16 hours of $1500 and got a message back to say they needed a photo of me with my passport. A photo of my credit card. Photo of drivers license. Photo of utilities bill. 😆. I would not send that so they would not pay out. They put it back on my balance which I gambled away as they planned. The 2nd $1500 they said it didn’t exist and it was the 1st one I was thinking of. What a scam!!

Don’t trust this scam platform and make a mistake I’ve done. First signal, they never deposit your bonus when you choose one, you have to spend hours to deal with their “customer service”. Second, you just keep loosing your money with no winnings or hitting the bonus game. 150$ with 1-1,5$ bet don’t give you any winnings and you end up loosing your deposit for 15 mins.

Based in QLD AUS. i Have been playing for some time, I never use bonuses. Have had a few wins, nothing more than $700 but not for the last few months. They Made me verify my accounts again after a few withdrawls when I had a larger win but I refused to give my bank statement! I've decided now to deactivate my account and was told via the chat to email support after several messages persuading me to stay.

Terrible casino. So many hoops to jump through after you get winnings. They randomly cancelled my account and stole the remaining of the money that was in my account.
