STAY AWAY Awful service, ordered 2 white fox tracksuits for my daughter, she likes them baggy so ordered xl what a joke more like xs, asked for a refund happy to send items back, offered ridiculous percentages, finally agreed a full refund waited over a month still nothing, now saying have problems with refunding at present, absolute joke STAY AWAY

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Purchased a ‘white fox tracksuit’ arrived and the material is shocking, cheap and just awful nothing like the images. Requested a refund yet kept getting fobbed off with 10% refund then it was a 15% refund. Ended up going through my bank as they just kept ignoring me. Issue is still going on. Also is there only 1 person called Gabriel who works for customer service because I’m sick of it. STAY AWAY from this website absolute con!

I am disgusted by the customer service. I purchased a white fox tracksuit and the material was shocking, cheap and nothing like the pictures. I wanted a refund yet they are using excuses to not give me my money back. Stay WELL away from this website.

the worst customer service i have ever received. ordered 27th dec, said it was delivered 12th jan. never received. never had a proof of delivery off them, never had anything to say they have attempted or left in a bin.

ive gone back and forth 137 times with the same reply of we cannot refund but will send a new one. not one offer of a refund. i cannot state this enough. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

i cannot believe how bad the service is from here. i recieved my tracksuit and the quality is absolutely terrible, tried to return and had no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! should be taken down, it’s borderline fraud.

NO Stars for this corrupt company. Stealing money and not sending the goods. Looks like those that have received goods are poor fakes. Blag emails and awful customer service. Karma.

Wouldn’t give them any stars if I could. Not received item still ordered before the new year. Spent over £50 on there website for then to keep sending me a email that it’s been dispatched tried use tracking doesn’t even work. Asked for a refund had no reply yet. Advertise as coming from london but come from China? False advertisement and should be removed. If I don’t get my FULL REFUND , I will post on all social media platforms

I’ve waited over two weeks for my “white fox” tracksuits for it to say that it was incorrectly addressed and sent back to China. I spent over £50 on this website and doubt I will get any of it back considering my emails to customers service have been ignored!!!

I’m happy this has the bad reviews it needs. I waited over 5 weeks for a “white fox” tracksuit to arrive looking worn and has hole in the bottoms, I then message customer service to be told they can grant me 10% back? £35 tracksuit and they want to refund me £3.50! Please anybody THINKING of using this ‘company’ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They don’t correspond with their customers as ‘customer service’ is suppose to, they instead send out DISGRACEFUL QUALITY ITEMS and don’t even offer a return for a refund???? Like how are these company’s getting away with this!!!! It’s day light robbery!

Ordered 2 white fox tracksuits from an ad on ticktock waited over 3 weeks for my order. Arrived today the quality of the tracksuits are absolutely shocking cheap lightweight itchy nasty material from China. Emailed customer services but not holding my breath after reading the reviews on here. STAY WELL AWAY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered two 'White Fox' tracksuits from this site, after seeing the discount advertised on Tik Tok. Took weeks to arrive and the items are quite clearly counterfeit, the quality is awful. Absolute con artists. I've requested a refund, doubt I'll get it based on the other reviews here.

Wrong order was given and size was totally off. Product is a scam of White Fox and nothing like the product. Arranged for a refund that took over two weeks, they offered a 10% refund. Do NOT order from them! Its a scam.

Goods came and the quality is shocking, I have requested a refund and they keep offering me 10% refund which isn't good enough. The customer service is terrible and they do not get back to you ever!

Won’t be buying from here again. I ordered 2 tracksuits 1 light grey 1 black. It took just over 2 weeks to receive my items and when they came they were both the same colour. I never got a tracking number despite emailing several times and asking for one. One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with
