Still incompetent
I'm trying to get my deposit back and they just seem too incompetent to process it. Not even given any excuses to deduct things yet, just ghosting me. I moved out nearly 2 months ago. I'm going to have to go to TDS just to make them answer any questions.
Over my time dealing with them (less than a year) I've had 3 faulty contracts, 2 incorrect move out dates, several repairs completely ignored including one BROKEN EXTERNAL DOOR, threatened my pets at Christmas and about three GDPR violations.
I just want this to be over so I can never have anything to do with them ever again.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
