Parking in Nantwich, as in many towns, is a pain. I used to visit regularly but it's so much more convenient to buy on-line. Jepson's was one of my preferred shops and so I was pleased to learn they had an on-line presence. I am pleased with my purchase and the high-quality service I have previously experienced in the shop, I may well be back. Thank you.
The process was relatively straightforward and the explanation of cover relatively easy to understand. The acid test though is how helpful a company is if there is a need to claim. It is advisable to check with Which or other similar organisation to view customer feedback. LV came second to NFU who were too expensive and so I chose LV.

This is my third purchase from retro Star. The service was first class in each case, the shirts I bought were much cheaper than I could find elsewhere and the communication was very good too. Delivery times were quicker than I expected, all items were well packaged. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

(Newcastle-under-Lyme) Staff had good product knowledge. I try to avoid buying Chinese goods wherever I can and so was delighted to find my chosen boots (North Ridge) were made in the EU.

Following a significant increase in my renewal premium by Churchills, I researched comparison web-sites and found over a dozen much cheaper options, so much for "so-called" loyalty. I contacted Churchill's call centre and was quickly offered a much cheaper premium by a helpful operator, which I took.
The site is easy to use and provided all the information I needed. Not as pleasant an experience as dealing with a real person but otherwise satisfactory.
In this day and age I am used to mediocre customer service from 'big name' suppliers, banks, etc. My first contact with Shell Energy's customer service was a complaint via e-mail. It was swiftly followed up by a 'phone call from Harpreet. She was very professional in her dealings, knowledgeable, and empowered to resolve matters. The complaint was somewhat convoluted and took some time to sort out. Harpreet kept me informed of progress via 'phone and e-mail and persevered until it was resolved. I wish all customer service agents were as professional. Thank you Harpreet.
The transfer from E.ON was seamless and communication was very good during the process. But be warned, like other providers, Pure Planet only offer the cheapest tariffs on condition that you agree to have a Smart meter installed. I have resisted this until now because it gives energy providers the information they need to introduce surge pricing. I am particularly annoyed that to stay with my present metering system I would have to incur an extra £200 per year , a sum I can ill afford. Consequently I will not recommend this option to any of my relatives or friends.
Wood Norton was a little bit out of the way. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and well equipped. A dehumidifier was provided, and needed since there was evidence of damp, it did the job though. Sherringham was the best place we found with a good beach, a nice atmosphere and decent parking facilities, our grandchildren loved it.
We visited many places we may otherwise have overlooked. Using the pass was easier than we thought it would be and we saved money as well. The sights were as good as we hoped for and the pass helped us to structure our time well. We enjoyed a hectic seven days and we are delighted not to have missed such an opportunity.
