Adapted cabin NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!

Adapted cabin felt discriminatory with no dressing table or mirror. A makeshift wooden ramp to balcony which was a trip hazard obstructing my access to the bed.
Only one power socket making it difficult to charge my powered wheelchair and other equipment.
Being told ."we gave you the cabins dimensions" did not prepare me for the poor quality of fittings and fixtures.
The photographs are misleading.
Not having the basic amenity of a dressing table or mirror feels insulting and discriminatory. This is the first time I have ever experienced this.

TREVOR THE ENGINEER.

TREVOR THE ENGINEER.
Not only did he resolve the problem. but he told me more about the operating of this scooter than the completely inadequate user manual did.
And because of him I changed my mind about returning it for a full refund as "unfit for purpose"
The only downside is how long i had to wait for the engineer visit.
But when I discovered how far he had to travel to me im not surprised.

Charges £7 !!!

A couple of times recently my postman has brought Evri parcels to my door with a £7 postal charge which i have refused . But I have no idea who the parcels are from.

Check your front door regularly

The parcel was shown as being posted through our letterbox.
It was not.
It was left on the doormat in the rain. The doorbell wasn't rung. We didn't find it until the next morning when I saw the delivered notification.
