If I could award minus stars I would 5 weeks on , no delivery of main item Secondary item received but was wrong I returned it at my expense plus cheqyue for the item I did want No response whatsoever even though theyve had item back for 10 days now Pathetic NEVER EVER deal with this firm I beg you

We are sorry to hear that you have received an item you were not expecting.

The fence panels were despatched on the 27th July as we were awaiting incoming stock and delivered on the 29th July.

The adaptor that you ordered was the single adapator, I have replaced your order today for the two plug adaptor please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of this item.

Frankly I can't understand how scammers are allowed to continue trading. These people are crooks from China and we all know what came from there! The Chinese government is out of all touch and allow anything and everything in the name of "commerce" even crooks like these. Many scams are eminating from China presently. Makes you wonder about the veracity of their virus statistics. Anyway. Please do not use Jokame. They are crooks trying to rip people off in these dire times. In short scum not controlled by their government. Be warned please. I'm happy if they want to sue me ...they won't

I'm 72 I am getting great support from…

I'm 72 I am getting great support from Sainsbury's, Waitrose ,Asda less so. BUT Tesco offer absolutely nothing. They are forcing vulnerable people like me to visit shops and totally risk contracting or spreading virus. I will never use Tesco again. Frankly you're pathetic

If I could give zero I would. Utterly useless. Logged in using correct details said I didn't exist. Tried to post as , wouldn't do it. Off to local paper for me. Never use Gumtree if you've any sense
