Delivery rubbish

Whilst they say up to 0pm delivery timedo people really want flowers when they are putting child to bed at 8.35pm?
They were totally unhelpful and I would never use them again
Flowers were okay

Lies and incompetence

The most incompetent service Ive ever encountered. Lost item bought on Ebay but worst was the lies their people told about trying to help. I really would never trust Evri again

Bt misselling blatantly

After the march price increase of 14% I naturally sought a discount to my 24 month contract dated Nov 2022. The adviser offered me a discount on BT sports without ever mentioning that BT TV was involved. I agreed to new discount but on receiving text saying I had joined BT TV and lost my bt sports on Sky platform , I immediately cancelled well within the cooling off period. Naturally as I said to advisor, I presumed I would revert to my original contract dated Nov 2022. They say I must now pay £6 extra to reconnect Sky btsports. Despite 4PROMISES to ring me since Friday, no one rings. They are clearly in breach of their original contract. They are clearly guilty of misselling when they failed to mention I must take BT TV . No one will speak to me. I paid for bt sport via sky til june 12th 2023 yet I cannot access it. Can anyone help me sue BT. THANKS ANDREW MITCHELL LEEDS

Bought 2x pairs fleece lined mens…

Bought 2x pairs fleece lined mens joggers at £16.50 each. 1. They dont fit and are certainly not the size declared 2. They have bits of blue fluff coming off them leaving mess all over the house. 3. Customer care..zero

I bought trainers from Wynsors 19/1/22. On 16/3/22 a hole appeared in canvas. I contacted them and they point blank refused to accept there was a fault . I am extremely careful with my footwear and I resent their implications that I caused the damage. i would strongly warn people not to deal with this firm. They are totally lacking in customer care and attempting to assist where there is clearly an issue with their products. you have been warned AM leeds

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received. Faulty goods can be returned for our quality control inspectors to inspect. If deemed to be faulty a full refund/replacement will be offer. Through careful inspection by our Quality Control, we could find no manufacturing fault with the footwear. If you wish to take the matter further, we would be willing to abide by any written judgement from any independent qualified authority E.g. Consumers Association, Trading Standards etc.

I tried to buy a gift voucher as Xmas…

I tried to buy a gift voucher as Xmas present. After 10 attempts being told "declined " I contacted airbnb helpline. They told me "system fault" and the £1000 they took was"in limbo" and would be returned to bank within 5 business days. We are now at 9 days. No sign of money my bank say no attempt has been made to refund. These people are essentially liars , and at worst, fraudsters. My money is in the ether. They wont use email as apparently I've "used my quota" if I were you I would never, ever deal with Airbnb. their reputation stinks. More complaints than any Government. please take my advice...DON'T USE THEM there are many local renting agents out there who deal HONESTLY with clients. Please take heed. Woeful service and customer care

These people are the absolute pits when they are criticised. I had my annual premium taken 3weeks early. This caused inconvenience to say the least. I complained. they said 20 working days to review and compensate if appropriate. Exactly on 20 days they emailed me to say they required ANOTHER 20 business days to review. I'm going to Ombudsman. Apart from anything else they upped my premium £25 . DESPITE no claims. I got £30 cheaper better cover easily elsewhere. they are pathetic you have been warned. I've just been warned by RIAS the Ombudsman needs them to investigate first BEFORE I can complain. It just gets worse and worse.

Utterly awful

Utterly awful. Stodgy. Poor sauce of which there was very little SIX layers of thick pasta. I like Charlie bighams as a rule though portions of meat seem to be reducing. This was awful
