I did have to wait to be served to pay as one assistant was taking the complicated personal details of another customer. Fair enough. Except that there were at least two other assistants on the floor tweaking displays, folding clothes etc. Surely they ought to prioritise customers queuing to pay?

I had 2 issues to resolve today and expected to have a longish waiting time as a famous Consumer Advisor had recommended on TV switching to a fixed term tariff due to Iran war. Emma answered the phone rapidly in under two minutes. She actively listened to my 2 queries and replied in plain, easily understandable English. It was a pleasure to discuss them with her. Needless to say, both were resolved. I really wish more companies were as good.

I wanted to make an extra payment, a capital sum off my mortgage. The process is quite efficient, but could be made simpler and clearer. Much of the information for this relatively frequent process is buried in other yada yada that customers only need once in a while. Remember that many of your customers are elderly and not expert in I.T or AI

Yet again, for the third time and counting, my parcel was delivered to the wrong block. Each block is clearly named and numbered, too much trouble for Evri that just dumps all of the parcels for this estate together in one block. Not good enough Evri.

These cycling gloves were on offer so with his birthday approaching, I ordered them for my son in law.

I ordered the two candles at short notice for a birthday present. Thankfully, they were delivered in time, indeed the day beforehand.

Items delivered in good time. They are a present, so I cannot comment on use, but they appear to be good quality.
One suggestion: a card to be included with a greeting like “Wishing you a Happy Birthday” or “Merry Christmas from ….”

Ecotricity is making it so easy to swap. Clear instructions. Minimum inquisition and bureauracy. I hope that the switch is handled as well from the British Gas side -don’t trust BG at all!

Your customer advisors are always so helpful and patient. Nothing is too much trouble for them plus they explain things very clearly
