Rescue balm caused my eczema to worsen sadly got full bubbles and sores after using for a while, It didn't happen immediately but after using for a while so becareful when trying it.

Everything went well until

Everything went well, until after over 30 days of returning the car the refundable deposit held was not refunded till today. Dodgy company. Do not book. It has happened to many people apparently. Previously reviews were good when it was booked. Stay away. This was booked for Dubai.

Faulty bag, customer service of no help.

I received a ryanair cabin bag. It drops down when you pull or push it, I sent a video and also wrote to aerolite and eventually gave up. Nothing was done. The Bag is basically useless for the reason I bought it to pull along. Very poor customer support. And don't recommend the ryanair cabin bag. And if a problem arises with aerolite don't expect it to be sorted, I doubt there guarantee is of any use, since a brand new bag is not even guaranteed. Disappointing purchase. Advise to stay away.

Accor hotels charge on the day of arrival,so if you dont want surprises with exchange rates because of the volitile £ buy on another site that you pay in pounds…

Hi The hotel I stayed in was brilliant,service and staff.My only gripe is if you don't want to pay extra because of exchange rates you better of paying on a different site where you pay in pounds or else you will be charged a different price because of exchange rate.I personally would not book again on accor site because of exchange rate prices can go up and down and if you do find a cheaper rate accor does not price match so definitely be wary with booking where foreign currency is involved.For instance because of exchange rate I paid £45 more on my stay where as if I booked on another site in pounds I would have paid less.This can go both ways depends on exchange rate.But in future will book where its taken in pounds because of volatile £.

Great service, happy with my order received

Ordered great price and service, immediate response on email. I was hesitant buying from a company with no phone number but kitchenin customer service was really great, emails were answered very promptly. An error was made on two of doors on my order and it was immediately sorted out. Won't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thanks kitchenin.

Worst customer service ever, don't use Groupon.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a adidas voucher from them for £50 and they gave me a voucher with £0 credit. I did a PayPal case, I was told to close it so they will refund me which was a big mistake because Groupon has played me like a football with about 20 messages or more, it's over a month they have not refunded me. It looks like I've just lost £31.50,Now they say go to adidas, unbelievable. I bought the voucher from them not adidas. Adidas said its got nothing to do with them. Groupon are scammers will take them to trading standards so others don't have a problem like me. Fortunately I have all my correspondence recorded.
