Very efficient, professional and kindly dentist who made the experience of having my wisdom tooth removed much better than I could have imagined. Good advice was given before the appointment and for the aftercare. The procedure was very quick and seamless. After a couple of days I have no pain and no issues with healing.
Waiting one year for a refund despite the airline having refunded Booking.com - I have photographic evidence- Indigo refunded a cancelled flight but Booking.com have not refunded me. They have therefore got double for my booking through them. I will never ever use this awful company again. WHERE IS MY REFUND YOU SCAMMERS??
Six weeks still no refund Booking.com have finally admitted that they have received my refund from the airline for a cancelled flight after I told them about the written evidence I have from Indigo Airlines with date and amount of the refund. Booking.com agents are however unable or unwilling to give any information as to when I will receive said refund back from them, claiming it needs specialist review! Why??? I have never heard such feeble excuses and lies from a company. My patience with Booking.com is now exhausted
I have not received my refund due for a flight cancellation despite promises to ‘escalate’ my case. I have heard nothing despite promises of an email update and requests to be patient for ‘a few more days’. My refund of 165.42 euros was issued by Indigo Airlines on 15 January but it has not been returned to me by Booking.com one month on. I had a separate refund for an internal flight of a very small amount once all fees had been taken and this £10.36 refund was issued by Booking.com after I contacted them in January. As for the larger refund- did you think I wouldn’t notice Booking.com? Please issue the refund owed to me or I will be taking the matter further.
Booking.com owe me a refund for a cancelled flight. I have been lied to by the agents in customer service numerous times about the status of my refund. They told me the airline had refused the refund, or the refund is on its way and just wait ‘a few more days’. In one conversation they told me both things and then changed their story again to say the airline had issued a ‘credit shell’. Lies. I contacted the airline directly and the refund was issued by them on 15 January and this is recorded on their website under my reservation. I have not received the money from Booking.com. Booking.com is withholding my refund. All I have received from them is a pack of lies from customer service every time I contact them. And I mean LIES! I will never use booking.com again as it is an appalling set up.
This company has failed to deliver the item I ordered which cost £50.00. I have contacted them about it on numerous occasions and have received no reply, no item and certainly no refund.
Same as other reviewers. £15.00 stolen from my bank account today using my card details without authorisation. I have never joined Completesave.
