Ordered a CR-Scan ferret pro on Sunday, item arrive Tuesday.
Unfortunately I had an issue with my purchase, but their customer service was excellent and very helpful.
Initially offering a replacement next day until they realised they were out of stock, so advise me it would be upto 14days, as they had to order in from their supplier. They collected the faulty item on Wednesday, and to my surprise the replacement was delivered on the Saturday.
Excellent service!
Great product, really good price.
123-3D.co.uk will now be my 1st port of call when looking for anything to do with 3D printing.

The perfect online shopping experience. I bought my 3d printer from 123-3d mainly because they had the best price, then found their service was amazingly good. From initially 'browsing' through to the helpful and efficient team helping me complete the purchase, then stepping up further with delivery to an alternate address, flawless. I bought a 3d printer from here, it was the cheapest Brand new printer of this model, anywhere i can find in the uk.
They shipped in within hours......but then Evri being Evri....needed to use a special courier to deliver it which means it didn't move for about 5 days. I phoned 123-3d and spoke to a lovely Customer service lady called Becky and she was already on the case before I called. she had contacted Evri previously and promised to get back to me that afternoon, which she did and said as she couldn't get answers from Evri, they'll send another one out overnight and sort the issue with evri themselves. The Printer arrived the next morning and is spot on.
I've always thought the measure of a company is how they react to problems when they occur. and they were absolutely excellent. Would 100 % use again!

I sent back a 3d printer for repair, and they sent it back in the same condition. They then sent me a replacement. 11 months and 3 weeks later I send an email as this one goes wrong. 3 weeks later and 3 emails and no reply. Usless, don't trade with them.

paid extra for 2 days delivery on monday 1st december. going to be delivered on the 5th december. thats more than 2 days. standard shipping would have gotten to my home quicker.

Purchased a motherboard for a flashforge a while ago and they have ghosted emails and messages, I wouldn’t recommend these as they will only ghost you if you have problems due to there terrible packing. Contacted them via email and Facebook messages but totally ignored

I don't generally review companies because every single interaction tends to come with a flood of emails pestering you to review them. 123-3D.co.uk didn't do that, so they get a review.
I found a particular release film I couldn't find elsewhere at a reasonable price, delivery was free and quick (bonus points for no Highland surcharge), communication was good but not intrusive, top marks, will make a point of using again.

Bought a SUNLU FilaDryer S4 on 17 Apr 2025 (Order 126487). It’s defective (powers off within ~60 seconds; flickering display). I emailed 123-3D on 31 Aug 2025 with a warranty/RMA request. As of 12 Sept 2025: no acknowledgement, no help. This is bad customer service — they don’t respond to emails.
I expect a prepaid RMA and a prompt replacement/repair (or a refund if that’s not possible).

Initially impressed with 123-3D returning my unanswered call despite not leaving a message.
However after spending over £700 in one (and my first) order I still had to pay for next day delivery - which is not guaranteed next day, despite being told over the phone it was. The free option doesn't give details about how or with whom it's sent, bit of a concern considering the order value.
Was also told a signature would be required - this was not true, I only happened to come across my order due to leaving the property for lunch where it was sitting next to a welding bench covered in metal spray. Amazing.
Over £55 of my order was missing with no notification, was told it's due to it being on back order - not a massive issue but whilst on the phone trying to establish what the situation was the woman on the other end honestly just sounded bored and uninterested - terrible customer service.
Really disappointed, won't be spending money here again.
Currently awaiting a refund for missing item...
Emailed regarding a printer part replacement for my new printer and the customer services sorted my needs within 2 emails.
I cannot believe how well the company looks after its customers and its service team is very prompt and helpful. My original purchase was delivered the next day.
