Ordered about 3pm and everything was delivered the next day for no cost at the cheapest price I could find

Just ordered my creality 3 V3 ke yesterday said 3 to 5 working days for delivery received my order today very quick delivery will definitely be ordering again

I orderd the Creality K1 Max shortly after 5 pm on the Tuesday and it was delivered before 11 am on the Wednesday - brilliant. In the toolkit was a USB drive and on that was a video on how to unpack, assemble and setup the printer, a really good asset, well worth watching. I used it as a step-by-step guide. I have it connected to my wired interenet and it works perfectly well. The test prints are really good but you would expect that. I have also printed some items that I have created using Tinker CAD and the results were really excellent. I'm very pleased with the printer.
On another note; being unfamilier with the printer and some of its options I hade some questions that needed answers. I rang the company and spoke to Steve, he was most helpful and spent some time with me on the phone going through some of the settings. Really excellent service.

Great website, I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Quick delivery, great quality products

I ordered a creality k1 max from 123-3d, unfortunately there was an issue with one of the fans which meant I could progress past the self scan stage.

Contacted 123-3d spoke to their technical advisor who ran through some diagnostics with me, unfortunately that didn't work. So they sent out a replacement printer which arrived next day, and the courier took the original printer back to 123-3d.

Would recommend 123-3d to anyone looking to buy a 3d printer hands down!

Having a few doubts when first visiting the site, I’m please to say they were very much unwarranted! I bought a Creality K1 Max and it was extremely well priced. I paid the extra £6 for courier delivery and it arrived the next day! Not only that but there were two complimentary reels of filament included. I haven’t had cause to contact for any support, but based on this alone I will most certainly be purchasing from them again!

Website is a little clunky, but the service is excellent service. Ordered 4pm and it arrived lunchtime the following day by DPD.

Very impressed with the service. Everything from the website, the order, through to receiving the printer was tops. Loved how quickly they posted it. I received it the next day. Will definitely use them again.

Had piece of mind when i saw 123-3D was connected to Cartridge People whom I use for my printer supplies for work.
New to 3D printing so took a while before I made my decision to part way with my money.
Not only the best price online, but had next day delivery and the follow up service from Steve could not be any better.

New to 3D printing, I originally chose the wrong printer and couldn't get it going. Steve was really helpful and we talked through the issues before agreeing that I would be better off with a different printer. I got a refund with no quibbles and the new printer arrived within 24 hours of placing the order!
The Creality K1C is brilliant. It was easy to set up and I printed the benchy in pla in 18 mins - compared with 2.5 hours for the previous printer. The quality was better too.
I got it connected to the wifi and working with Creality Print in a few minutes and then successfully printed in ASA at the first attempt.
I will definitely be using 123-3D again and can't praise Steve enough for his help.

First time ordering filament from here. Great service arrived almost next day. Well packaged and presented. Will be using them again.

Ordered an Creality Ender 3 v3 SE and it arrived next day as promised. On the day it arrived it only took about 20 minutes to set-up and my first print (the example cat) was completed about 30-40 minutes later.

I've had a couple of questions about the printer and phoned 123-3D, the team have been really helpful. Not only answering my questions but talking me through the calibration options that are included in the software.

Very happy with the printer, with the delivery speed and with the help I've been given over the phone.

Spoke to Steve in regards to purchasing a K1 3D Max, he was super healpfull, like probably more heplfull than I could explain.

Great service, nice and honest and has easily earned my purchase!

Fantastic customer service when items had to be back ordered, They offered to send my items individually to avoid holding up product development but in the end didn't need to as everything came in exactly on time!

Fast and safe delivery. When I had a querie, 123-3D gave me better advice than the manufacturers support team.
I highly recommend them.

Ordering something at 16:39 and getting it next day is insane for a smaller business. Very happy!

Service is always top notch from these guys both myself and my colleagues have ordered previously and never had an issue.

One thing I would say is locating certain items through the website is a little difficult. I actually found a recent product I ordered through google to their site. Trying to find it from their homepage was difficult but I managed it eventually.

They seem to offer everything if you cant find it ask them!

Brilliant company. I rang and spoke to Steve before I made my final decision on which 3d printer to get. He was really helpful, I ordered online and received it next day. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

I paid up front for a pre-order Ender 3 V3 KE which was due in November and I immediately got notification from DHL confirming that the deliver had been booked. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues, the date was put back by around a month but the issue affected all suppliers so nothing 123-3D could do and but the website was updated appropriately.

Annoyingly, I then saw a rival supplier had the same item for less but following an email with the details as requested in the price promise page, I had a very polite email just the next day advising that the difference would be credited back to my card and sure enough, it was. Today, I was delighted to received the printer two days earlier that the courier estimate and I'm thrilled!!

All in all, a very positive experience with the support and I'd very happy house again and recommend... Thank you 123-3D!
