This diet gets results
I have done this diet before and lost the weight I needed. Over the last three years I have returned to my old eating habits and the weight has piled back on so am going for it a second time!
PS - I love the new spray bottles - so much easier to use. I also got a second (empty) bottle and divided it so I could carry one with me at all times.

I lost Two kilo in three days. Diet is hard but worth it. The key is the drop and drink at least two liters of water. Drop make the hunger goes away and fat burns as well and water washes out the fat from your body. Hopefully I can stick to the diet and lose the weight of.

This diet is AMAZING! It really works, i think ive done every diet under the sun. But this is the one that works for me. Im learning correct portion sizes and habits as I work my way through my weight loss. I've lost 11.4kgs in 49 days. My goal is to get to 65kgs. Im 5.6kgs away from my goal. Thank you for all the support along the way to Emma and the girls. Truly thankful.

Loosing weight on this ,not easy to loose weight at my age 70 yrs but have lost 3.5 in the 10 days ,but have to have major surgery so won’t be able to follow the diet as have to have fluid diet for 2 weeks before as well as 2 weeks afterwards not sure what to do ,go off the drops or stay on then with the protein fluid diet .

All the spray does is make you lose a sweet taste. The ‘diet’ is 500cal a day, that’s the only reason why you lose weight because you’re starving yourself. Waste of money!

I first used 123 in 2018 . Determined to lose weight (16 kg )before my 8th grandchild was born and my 60th birthday (Dec 2019).
Well it worked and I lost the weight.Goal 60kg.
But covid took its toll and just when I decided I was going to start 123 again my Gallbladder decided it needed removing.
Now my body has recovered from the operation and I'm on a mission to lose 10kg. Started 123again on 16/8/21.
