This program has been a blessing. I've tried many different weight loss programs with little to no results as I've always had a fairly clean diet to begin with. The support & encouragement is exceptional and there are so many great idea for recipes to keep it interesting. Definitely worth a try.

I’m loving my 123 diet we are travelling around Australia and a bit hard on the road and I have a fluid problem in my legs so I can’t weigh myself but I can notice it on my waistline a dietitian told me that every cm around bellybutton you loose is roughly 1 kg I’m loving it

This diet is the real deal. I lost 7kg in 5weeks....seriously! I am now half way to my goal. There is so much online support available and heaps of recipie ideas in the group to help you make something delicious!

Amazing diet!
I have never thought the day will come to see my weight on the scale change. To be honest, at the start I did not expect this diet will work for me and even I wouldn't be able to change my eating habits and stick to the given list. But IT WORKED! I managed to lose 9 kg in 5 weeks. I am lighter, happier, and very energetic. This is the best decision I have ever made in my life. Also, the group support helped a lot and the staff's encouragement and continuous guidance can not be denied.

It is the only diet that works for me. Had lost 17 kilos 10 years ago. only put weight on in the past 2 years and it was my fault. Change of life! Just started again 3 weeks ago. 7 kilos down! Won’t lie, it’s hard to do, but the only diet that works!
