Excellent customer service from 123pools.co.uk. Friendly, incredibly responsive, with super-fast dispatch and delivery. They genuinely seem to have a customer-comes-first culture, which is refreshing. I’ll definitely use them again and would happily recommend them.

The top part where needs to be inflated is very delicate and easily punctured. I would buy again and recommend if the top round part is a bit tough like the rest. The body/layer part of this pool is tough and not easily punctured, if the inflated part is punctured there is no way to fix this however. And it can no longer function as a plastic swimming pool.

Exactly what I asked for and delivered in a few days

I dealt with Nick and its my first time dealing with anything to do with pools. This guy was absolutely quality. Any question I asked, even if I did think it was silly, was answered straight away and with explanation. Helped with everything I needed. I cant recommend nick and 123 pools enough. As soon as the pool heater left their building, Claire sent an email straight away with all postal details and tracking. Thankyou guys

WOW!, you can sometimes search for ages for a company that does what they say on their tin! 123 Pools delivered in every way possible, they answered all my questions very quickly, the stuff arrived when they said it would and their after sales was spot on. These guys are top notch and I can recommend them highly!, thank you for the help and support you’ve given me….

Excellent advice, fantastic customer care and after sales care. We bought a robot for our small pool. When it broke down after 1 months, they arranged a replacement directly via their supplier.

Very pleased with the Poolex Nano and very good price and delivery time. Slight confusion over the connectors required but this was quickly resolved and all is working well.

I purchased a pool cleaner from 123Pools, unfortunately after a few months use it failed to work.
The manufacturer decided to refund me in full via 123Pools thanks to Claire who was my contact.
I decided to buy a Dolphin cleaner, I just had to pay 123Pools the price difference.
Claire was very patient, thorough and fair, excellent communication via WhatsApp.
The new pool cleaner was delivered FOC and is now doing a good job.
I highly recommend dealing with this company, great service and very competitive on price.

When i purchased the pool heater i no communication from you to tell me when it was going to be delivered. I even downloaded the app called home just like the tracking service said but it just told me that they had not had any communication from you so didn't know when it was going to be delivered. And then it just turned up one day when i was not in. My daughter was left to take the delivery that was placed on a pallet because of the weight of the parcel. Not good.

Excellent company, let down by the delivery company sadly :-(. Waited in 2 separate days for my heat pump, was told by the delivery company it would arrive, but nothing. Waste of 2 days off work. Then when it did arrive I was not home as they never told me they were coming!!!! - Claire from 123 Pools was great though, chasing them and keeping me as updated as she could, despite getting incorrect info from the delivery company too. I will order again, just frustrating delivery this time that was not really 123 Pools fault.

123 Pools guided me through what I needed to purchase and the staff were there at the end of a text to answer the questions I had during set-up. Fabulous customer service!

Amazing customer service.

Brilliant company very good with communication and sorted out a logistical issue for me swiftly and at no extra cost with my new heat pump arriving a week later. Quality product and can’t thank Nick and Claire enough for helping me sort out the purchase.
