My deposit not in at my game wallet

Auszahlung dauert viel zu lange. Jedes mal neue Verifizierung. Kundenservice gibt immer die gleichen Antworten und hält einen mit standart Nachrichten hin. ID #101615811331957718

Meine Auszahlungsanfrage ist immernoch Status "ausstehend". Auf Rückfragen per Mail keine Antwort. Live-Chat immer nur die gleichen Antworten. Einmal sagte man mir mein Fall wurde priorisiert. Nichts ist passiert.

Meine Auszahlen wurden bisher immer zügig bearbeitet. Maximal 1,5 Werktage, dann war das Geld bereits auf mein Konto. Meine Gewinne waren von 300€ - 500€.
Stand heute kann ich die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen..
Ich hoffe, dass es auch in Zukunft so bleibt.

Probleme bei Auszahlung 1Bet
Ich hab mich bei 1Bet angemeldet. Per Zufall habe ich im LiveCasino 4300€ gewonnen(100€ eingezahlt). Nun wollte ich meinen Gewinn natürlich auszahlen. Ich habe die normale Verifikationen durchlaufen. Die Auszahlung habe ich am 09.11.2025 getätigt. Ich bekam nun am 10.11.2025 eine E-Mail. Man möchte einen Nachweis der Bank. Diesen habe ich sofort geschickt. Am 10.11.2025 bekam ich direkt eine Antwort. Man möchte nun ein Foto mit der ID Card in der Hand. Auch dieses erledigte ich sofort. Heute ist der 12.11.2025 und ich habe keine weitere Antwort auf meine gesendete ID Card erhalten. Meine Zahlung ist weiterhin im Modus „ausstehend“. Ich bin natürlich nach den ganzen Bewertungen verunsichert. Man bekommt auch keine Antwort auf gesendete E-Mails. Ich kann nur den Tipp geben die Auszahlung nicht abzubrechen. Darauf wird von 1Bet anscheinend spekuliert. Ich habe nun bereits einen Anwalt gefunden, welcher mehrmals erfolgreich gegen 1Bet gearbeitet hat (gegen Provision). Ich hoffe jedoch, dass ich diesen nicht benötige.
Unterm Strich habe ich schon viele OnlineCasinos
erlebt. Vielleicht tue ich 1Bet auch unrecht und lasse mich von den Kommentaren beeinflussen. Laut AGB kann eine Bankauszahlung 2-7 Werktage dauern. Dort wird natürlich spekuliert, dass das Geld vorher verzockt wird. Heute 12.11.2025 ist der 3. Werktag.
Ich halte Euch über den Stand auf dem laufenden und teile bei Misserfolg auch gerne den Anwalt.
Update: 12.11.2025
Keine 5 Minuten nach dieser Bewertung wurde meine Auszahlung abgelehnt. Es gab nun eine E-Mail, das ich meine ID bei einem Notar beglaubigen lassen muss. Ich bin sprachlos über diese Masche. Es ist anscheint wirklich ein Casino was betrügt.
Update: 18.11.2025
Ich habe heute mein Geld erhalten. Dieses muss man nun fairerweise auch berichten. Ich musste meine Unterlagen vom Notar beglaubigen lassen. Leider wurde immer wieder was neues angefordert. Man hätte auch alles zusammen fordern können. So wird aber keine Zeit gewonnen.
Fazit:
Geld ist da. Bei hohen Gewinnen muss mit erheblichen Aufwand gerechnet werden.

Ho versato in un giorno 11k ( potevo permettermelo) ne ho vinti prendendo una scommessa 41k e per prelevare potevo farlo si ma a 5k a settimana, lo fanno per farvi rigiocare ( qualcuno può dire dovevi aspettare , lecito! Ma un giocatore gioca! E se vinco 41k i soldi devono mandarli e non farti aspettare 2 mesi, visto che i depositi li prendono subito!!!) quindi quello che vi dico state lontano da questo sito perché se siete giocatori “piccoli” i soldi non li vedete mai, se siete giocatori con disponibilità anche se vi fanno versare quello che volete poi per prendere cifre importanti ( se avete pazienza) dovete aspettare mesi se non anni…. 1bet has not withdrawn my money from my account for over a month. They just rejects my withdrawal requests without giving any reason. It's been like this 4 times already... Support can't say anything. They also offer me to withdraw money using methods that are simply NOT AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY. I feel cheated by this bookmaker for only 107 euros!!!
