La página 1bet me ha retenido 270 USD y no me permiten retirarlo. Quitaron todas las formas de retiro y no contestan los mails. El servicio al cliente no da ninguna solución, solo deriva a un supuesto departamento que jamás se comunicó conmigo.
Esta página es una estafa a cielo abierto. Evitenla. Aún así, si la página actuase bien y me devolviese mi plata, yo tendría la honestidad de admitirlo acá. Veamos si tienen ese mínimo de decencia.

Wurde bedauerlicherweise nach kurzer Zeit mit einer Quoten und Einsatz Einschränkung belegt. Hatte wohl zu viel glück beim wetten. Verlieren soll man, gewinnen jedoch nicht. Habe mich nur auf tennisspiepe konzentriert. Leider ist dieses Vorgehen bei allen wettanbietern mittlerweile Standard. Dachte 1Bet wäre anders. Dazu kommen noch Gebühren die man zahlen muss wenn man mehr als eine auszahlung im monat tätigt, ganze 8 % vom auszahlungbetrag schon heftig
Daher kann ich 1bet nicht empfehlen.

Customer care is the shittiest i have ever seen. I am trying to close my account on this site for like 6 months and they don't even respond to messages. My last message to customer care was 7 days ago and they never respond back so i can't close my account even tho i sent them a dozen messages already. And the withdrawal time is just awful, waiting for like 3 days to get your money. And they say they offer live cashout on bets but they never did for me lol. Stay as far away from this site as posibble.

Whatever you do DON’T use this “sportsbook”. I wish I had read these reviews before I did. Deposited $225 to get $225 in bonus funds. Worked through the promo. I received “congrats on getting through your bonus, now this is cash” message. Only once it was time to withdraw my $632 that mind you had been turned into withdraw-able cash, a day later tried to take it out and got a message saying it was “denied because bonus manipulation was detected”. It’s funny because they’ll let you keep betting all you want with that “real cash” but not withdraw it. They’re just hoping you lose it all. All I did was bet $100 a game on baseball to get through it. I made sure not to violate any of the promo rules because I was getting bad vibes. This place is nothing more than a shake down. Please don’t give them your business. I learned of this place from the Betstamp ‘Offers’ page and have already asked them to remove it. I’m now trying to withdraw my original $225 which they’ll probably find a reason to decline also. This place will take your money win or lose. Disgusting and pathetic “sportsbook”. After thoroughly reading this the bonus rules which they have hidden from the main page, it basically says they can void it for any reason. This is what customer service quoted

Casa que devem evitar a todo o custo. Não é à toa que que tem a reputação que vêm. Depositei 150 eur, ganhei bonus d depósito, joguei, cumpri os requisitos, quando pedi para levantar (cheguei aos 900eur), pedem documentos (que fiz e tudo certo), depois cancelam o levantamento, tiram todo o dinheiro e deixam lá o valor do depósito. Assim é fácil ter uma casa de apostas, é so cancelar ganhos e se perder, tá tudo bem! é SCAM!

Buenas, Marcela mi nombre, Marcemaes32 mi usuario, avenida 2 32** mi dirección, envie reiteradas veces emails a support, no obtuve respuesta, charle con agentes mas de 15 veces y nadie me daba respuesta, podrian enviarme un mensaje al email registrado de la cuenta, o simplemente ver que nunca respondieron. Cerraron mi cuenta el 6/3/2025, mas de 3 meses, por supuesta revisión y nunca la reabrieron, me enviaron el dinero o explicaron la situación, ya no se por donde comunicarme ya que las "24/7" del soporte no funciona parece. Espero respuesta.

Beth S.: “I assure you that’s not the case. I explained what ‘processing’ means.”
Time passes. The withdrawal remains eternally “processing.”
So I change strategy. I enter chat as the “village idiot,” with an innocent, excited tone:

Sarah M.: “Thanks for contacting us! My name is Sarah, and I’ll assist you today.”
Sarah M.: “Please give me a few minutes to check.”

Oh, almost forgot: there’s one last email about a final withdrawal request made two days ago, kindly and precisely explaining the reason:

We are contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal request.
We inform you that the request was unsuccessful due to technical reasons.
To proceed, we kindly ask you to submit the request again.
We assure you that your case will be prioritized and ask for a bit more patience.”
THEN, A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, AFTER YET ANOTHER REJECTION FOLLOWING THE “PROCESSING” STATUS, I RECEIVED A VERY METICULOUS AND DETAILED EMAIL.
Today, May 20, always via a meticulous “no prior notice” or reason, the account status changed from blocked to deleted.
Now today they even permanently removed my user identity: account deleted. Poof! Gone.
But look at that... they surely aren’t offended, right?
Maybe because thanks to my reports (yes, only to serious providers, not accomplices) someone started leaving them for good?
Or because my complaints have started making their lives a bit uncomfortable? Newspapers, authorities, agencies, you name it.
Come on, what’s the big deal! So touchy... a little humor, 1Bet! Have a laugh once in a while.
Anyway, let’s be honest: closing my account going from “blocked” to “deleted” is like saying multiplying zero by any number... it still equals zero. The result doesn’t change.
I wouldn’t have seen my money anyway.
But at least before I could pretend to try.
Now not even the pretense. End of the show.

jeg har brugt 1bet i mere end 2 år og aldrig haft problemer med med at få gevinster udbetalt, et par gange har det taget lidt lang tid med udbetaling men helpdisk har altid været venlig og sagt pengene kommer snart og det gør de altid. tak for det.

Good site with good odds. However, I can not recommend this betting site to anyone because of their withdrawal process. My withdrawal has been sitting at pending for 3 days now and I have contacted their awful Live Chat service who are unable to give me an update. I strongly advise everyone to avoid 1Bet. My experience has been shocking and feels like outright fraud.
– Fake bets were placed on my account totaling €33,000. These bets were made without my consent or knowledge, and when I discovered them, it was already too late.
– No transparency or accountability. When I contacted support, they offered vague answers and completely ignored the fact that bets had been placed that I did not authorize.
– Identical pattern on other Norwegian accounts. After connecting with other Norwegian users on local forums, I’ve learned that 1Bet has placed the exact same series of fake bets on multiple accounts. It seems designed to make it look like the player lost their balance "legitimately". – Now completely ignoring me. 1Bet has stopped replying to my emails, and their live chat agents simply disconnect or go silent when I raise the issue.
– Account suspended for deposits and withdrawals. After I complained, they locked my account so I can't deposit or withdraw, essentially freezing my remaining balance.
