Communication has been good, however, I still don't have my flywheel.
Maybe they need to vet the companies they have linked more closely, because AAH automotives still are ignoring my calls/messages. They had my £290 12 days ago.

what a horrendous 1st experience. i ordered some parts from Barlow street autos via this site. the items failed to arrive. I made a complaint to 1st choice as they advertise that we as customers are 100 percent protected. this is a lie. In a 3 way communication they said they would issue a refund (Barlow street autos) which has not happened. the said company then called to say they were re delivering but have provided no tracking numbers and have stopped communicating so went back to 1st choice and viola they are doing the same they are now ignoring the communication attempts to get this resolved so I am now having to report 1 of there sellers for fraud through my credit card. well done 1st choice.

Put me right off when I accepted an offer for a part but couldn’t pay via site without giving my bank details. Secure link request from seller then what do you know , price bumps up nearly £50 quid for a used part with no guarantee . For another 50 can get new part from abroad so now that’s what’s happening. Contacted site host , no reply. Contacted seller who said like it or lump it .
Charming. So May work for some folk but sadly not for me and don’t rely on quotes or offers from here, clearly meaningless.

I was scrapping a car on behalf of my dad. They were nothing short of helpful, professional and tried hard to work round my schedule.
They did exactly what they said they did. Sadly I can't remember the name of the driver who came to collect the car. He was so kind, pleasant and helpful and is a real credit to the company.

Part arrived on time and it was exactly the part we needed

It basically looks like a scam. I had to confirm my email to do the search. It looked like several stores/shops whatever had my part. Confirmed email, then no part. Oh,they needed the phone too. Then I unsubscribed from emails but I didn't see an option to erase "my account". When I pressed "unsubscribe", it took me to a page that did not mention anything about unsubscribing, but asked me how I considered easier or safer to pay and I was supposed to press one of the links they gave me. I mean I entered their site for a single search looking for a bl00dy bumper and I ended up subscribing, getin emails, being asked for my phone number, being ask how do I wanted to pay... The only thing I did not get is my part or at least a decent simple search. Apparently these days you have to tell them to what age you wet your bed and when your last baby tooth fell, before doing a simple search.

I got a match within 2 days and item was delivered the next day. I will recommend their service

1st choice as a platform is almost like an absent middle man, no phone number and no communication with the end customer. A supplier sent me the wrong part, even after I shared my registration number, and they still told me it was the right part before I got a mobile mechanic to fit it on. The part was wrong. I raised an issue with 1st choice but they just relay messages back and forth to the supplier, they don’t share their opinion, view or enforce the buyer protections. I returned the part at my expense, they refunded me what I paid but I didn’t get the postage back.

Id avoid their platform and with no great benefit of going through with them, I’d rather use their platform to find parts and pay via PayPal.

Dealers advertising Guarantees when they do not offer it is a turn off for me. Advertise services as you would offer them.

Two transactions. Both said, thry had the part, both said they posted it, after a lot of following up by me both said the courier had lost it, nither provided a tracking number,

What a waste of my time.

Easy to use, found the part required, new wheel rim, received a call from supplier to check the size, dispatched the next day by courier. Only surprise was that l received the rim with a tyre on it which was not expecting.
