My experience was positive
My experience was positive. Very clear on my plan and costs and savings. When I queried the higher daily rate they quickly worked out that I would still save at least $5 per month with the 15% on time saving.

The staff member i spoke with was very helpful. They were easy to understand and was able to answer any queries I had. Transferring my electricity account was seamless.
