DO NOT use this company. Your product won't arrive, and calls and emails just bounce back :(

I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer from the website on 12th July and payment was taken from my Bank Account on 14th July. Air Fryer was never received. I have tried to contact the Company by both email and telephone, all to no success.

Only 1 star as I can’t do 0. This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a lawnmower, via this company (card payment shows as Gadgethood.com). Order placed 20/6, estimated delivery for 7/7 (despite saying 3 days) then deferred till 10/7. This was further delayed and still not received the lawn mower. I received a couple of emails saying they would issue a refund , plus 10% but this did not happen. My emails are not replied to and the phone number on the website is not answered. Shipping company website now vanished !I have reported it to both Visa and action fraud.

Ordered item, and whilst given a tracking number, you cannot get onto the website anymore. Overall appears to be a scam along with affiliated companies such as gadgethood.com

This is a SCAM don’t purchase anything. Ordered a lawn mower from them, nothing arrived and no response to emails or phone. Have reported to ActionFraud.

bought and paid £92.00 for a Karcher K2 power washer was due to be delivered on 11th July 2023 nothing arrived. Tried to track again website cannot be reached tried to phone when phone answered it said it could not accept incoming calls. Sent emails and tried to chat with the company online no response. Have got in touch with my bank and gave them the details they are looking in to it for me. Seems this is a scam and unfortunatly I paid by debit card.

This a scam company takes the money never respond to emails, chat line and there mobile ….I want my money back..why isn’t the trading standard stoping this company ripping off innocent individuals I’ve sent email them as well..

Ordered a lawn strimmer and delivery given as 11th July. Hasn't arrived and unable to communicate with either 24-hr Shopping or their courier (Shipping Kingdom).
Total scam site - do not use.

Ordered Bosch garden shredder/chipper. Item has never arrived. Was fed various lies re delivery status via online chat with "Sam" - company's phone line doesn't get answered and "delivery" company no longer appears to exist as its website has become inaccessible. Their business model appears to be to advertise desirable items to hobbyists, etc at prices materially below those generally available elsewhere, take your money, and then evaporate never having had any intention of fulfilling your order. My case is under investigation by my creditcard provider for possible fraud. AVOID this company unless you're looking for weeks of frustration and hassle, potentially combined with financial loss.

This company are a fraud take your money and don't get goods promise refund but nothing had to go to bank fraud team to get money back AVOID THIS COMPANY,they go by 3 different names.

This is a scam website 24hr-shopping.co.uk, I ordered a Boash wood chipper, never arrived and no replies to my emails or calls. Bank now investigating as fraud

We ordered an item that has not arrived, like the other review I checked the delivery company (shipping Kingdom) they went down in 2022, so I don't see any chance of getting our money back.
