It was easy to navigate and not confusing

Very easy to navigate and really simple and quick awesome

I felt as though 2apply were requiring too much information. If I didn’t feel comfortable giving them my whole life history and details - which could lead to data theft and loss to me. Now I find out the Aust Privacy commissioner has ruled exactly that against 2 Apply. Do no use this system until they make reforms

Hi there,
Once you enter your details into to apply part, it's easy to apply for other properties, which I was using 2apply for. It helps to pay $9 for retaining your data for 2 years, so you don't have to enter it again after two weeks when your data expires at. I thought it will be enough for the two weeks, but I wasn't. It's more difficult than you think to rent the place.
That's said, it is fairly easy to click next next next to apply for a new property given the retain of the data.

So easy to navigate & the added feature of being able to keep all your details for a period of time makes it so much easier & for a very low fee. All applications should be done like this. Keep up the great work.

I applied for a rental property through 2apply.com.au. This app was easy to navigate and fill out the credentials. I really liked how it gave me the option to explain why I was unable to provide some information. Overall, it was straightforward.

I found the agent to be very helpful, informative and friendly. Also helped me with any administrative works that needed to be done.

Super easy to understand and giving you different options if you couldn't supply anything for it.

2Apply works well, but there are room for improvement. For instance, if a property manager needs additional information, it should be possible for them to send the prospective tenant a link so that he or she can access the original application documents and enter it there.
