I work in the online casino industry, i've been playing with 31bet for a few months, mostly because their generous sportsbook freebet promo, but, its a fraudulent casino. They allow me to make one withdrawal of 2K Euro per 12 days, terms & conditions state higher.

let's give a fair review :

Pro :
- Really fast casino, in loading things
- Fast verification to accept KYC
- Nice processing time to handle withdraws

Cons :
- Translations are sadly made by google translate (and it's evident, when a balance get translated in "equilibrium" in other languages is kinda weird)
- Customer service has absolutelly no idea how their site is, which is kinda funny, i was asking about a concern about withdraws if it was normal they only require iban without bank name or BIC and they could not give me a straight answer even under torture, the withdraw was processed FAST, under 24h which is great, but they really need to let their customer service know how they site operate not let them answer like "you do what you think is best, we have no problem here"...... sure ok but it is normal you dont have requirement on know the bank name or BIC info? .... no answer... again i dont complain about the SITE, that one is good, their customer service is absolutelly clueless or i was just unlucky to get the short stick in answers (everyone can have bad days but that was my experience).
- They promote on some paysites to wager on their site and they dont actually pay the tracking they do, which is a lil sad, im all up to try new casino' and risk my own money to do offers, but should be a fair risk on both parts to get new customers and let them try their services

End result : i would say average for the situation now, again i've no complain about the TECHNICAL part of the site, some complain about the ui translated, and few not so clear answers from their customer service, i would say is worth to give a shot but still has some huge work on the improvement part to handle
