I wanted to clarify that we do not currently sell vouchers. Vouchers are only issued on demand.
Regarding your order, our shipping team split it into multiple parts to save you a considerable amount in customs duties since it was over your country's duty-free limit.
Please keep in mind that we cannot read our customers' minds. If you require something for free, please do not hesitate to ask. Otherwise, our warehouse will dispatch exactly what you have ordered.
Lastly, I would like to mention that not receiving freebies is not a valid reason to give a trash rating to a small family-run business.
