This is the secund time I use this website to buy contacts. The price is quite good however their customer service is superb. No doubt I will do business with 393 in the future again.

2) your order was prepared for dispatch on 09-12-2020 12:26:08 (yes within 23 minutes)
3) your order was posted on 9-12-2020, 14:05 (within 1h:35m)
the parcel was handed over to USPS and it is in USPS network transit and should be delivered soon, if not then it is always backed by our money-back guarantee (though it has never been needed).
Honestly we wish to be, but we are no Amazon yet, our influence stops once we hand over the parcels to the courier companies,
Apart from that, we can hardly do much to change the COVIDIFIED world around us, to make people work during the xmas and new year holidays, and to speed up the delivery services,

I received my lenses in perfect…
I received my lenses in perfect condition and from the time it was handed to the delivery company to the time received the wait was literally imperceptible.
That said it would be nice to see some better explanation re what to do when the order has been placed. Unless you register there is no way to tell the status of the order. Only upon purchase you receive an invoice and upon handover you receive notice for delivery. Those 4 business days in between is quite a wait without knowing what’s happening. When calling there was no answer and the only means of bi-communication is through WhatsApp and email which did take some time to illicit a reply. I think with this experience the best thing to do is to register and avoid having to email or WhatsApp as the person(s) on the other end wasn’t exactly friendly.

Even if the customer doesn't register, emails are automatically sent at every stage of the order processing,
A guest checkout will also get a minimum of 3 emails,
First email at the time of placing the order,
2nd when the order is processed and ready for dispatch and 3rd when it is dispatched and a tracking number is assigned.
Unfortunately sometimes these emails land in Junk and and as you placed the order at the weekend and the next working day was also a public holiday, it took us some time to process the order, we apologize for that.
Great customer service.
This is my second order, and as with when I placed the first order, customer service helped me out with questions nearly immediately. They were also concerned about the fitting of my contact lens, and offered me a non-prescription pair to try on for comfort before I placed my order. Really helpful and unexpected.
