Perfect Presents
I have only just discovered 3dcrystalshop and ordered two crystals as Christmas presents. They were extremely helpful with the many questions I asked before ordering, and the crystals arrived just a few days after I placed the order on a Saturday evening. The finished products are lovely and are absolutely perfect presents
I should add that one of them was of my mother who died earlier this year. The crystal is a Christmas present for my brother. The likeness is absolutely perfect and I know he will be so happy with it. I plan to order another for myself soon

Couldn't be happier with 3D crystal
I couldn't be happier with the 3D crystal photo of my grandad. We lost him last year and when I opened the box up and saw the crystal it was like he had been brought back to life! My partner and I both got quite emotional looking at it.
The quality is incredible and I was so grateful for the care they took with our precious memory. The crystal is a Christmas present for my mum and I'm certain she is going to love it (although I might need to ensure we have the Kleenex on standby).
Couldn't recommend them more and am planning to order another one next year.

The service was spot on apart from the Nochex payments system not logging my order. A bit of a confusing and annoying experience. I ordered a big 3d crystal as a gift for a family member and the crystal itself is stunning, but the led light base is extremely cheap and nasty. I don't even trust it to support the weight of the crystal. I would definitely order again though if I needed a crystal as the product was the main reason I ordered through them as opposed to the service or the led base.

Great Crystal
Great Crystal, brill light base (extra purchase), picture excellent one side, mild fading on the other side. Looks great with the lights off, allowing for reflection off the ceiling and walls, especially with the rotating light base.
Very fast delivery and comes in a presentation box. Crystal was larger and heavier than expected, real quality. Price reasonable for the quality also. Great as a special gift/ present or momento.

I found they were speedy on delivery (6days)
The product was well made and presented with its own box
The logo I sent as a “jpeg” image was laser engraved into the crystal just as I wanted, when other engravers said it was not suitable

I bought a 3D crystal of my Grandson …
I bought a 3D crystal of my Grandson and i was surprised of the quality.
It was a fantastic job i was really impressed that much i bought more for other members of my family.
Fully recommend this service and if you don't buy one you will miss out on the excellent gift for someone that never fades like a picture.

Excellent customer service from start to finish
I ordered 2 crystal cubes from this site. Within 30 minutes of placing the order I received an e mail from Angela to clarify issues to ensure the final product had a quality finish. I was impressed by the friendly, efficient customer service and attention to detail shown. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the final product which was addressed without fuss and with the same efficient customer service I had experienced earlier. I would thoroughly recommend this site to anyone and would most definatly use them again. They have exceeded my expectations.
