Online training
We received our training online remotely via Teams and was done very effectively by Steve. Training fulfilled all our expectations and this gave us a better understanding of what the 3D printer can actually do and how we can maintain it.. 3DGBIRE Half-day Training
I received a half-day training session today with Steve Taylor and Steve was able to cover everything that I needed to know to get up and running with our printers.
Steve's knowledge of the 3D printing industry shines through and as my training happened to be factory based, I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of all the other printing technologies. A very informative and enjoyable time, well worth the cost. Thanks.

Ultimaker S5 Bundle - Set up and training
Our trainer Steve, was very good at effectively passing on the large amount of technical training, advice and insight involved in getting us up and running. Despite the restrictions imposed by remote-training he was able to convey the complex instructions necessary for the use and maintenance of the system, and remained engaged and good humored throughout. We all found it a useful and fascinating course.

3DGBIRE training
On the training day, I learnt a multitude of new things concerning my newly bought 3D printer and slicer software. As this is my first time buying and using a 3D printer 3DGBIRE were were extremely supportive, answered my questions with clear precise answers and continue to do so even after the training day. They are also happy to jump on a call with me if I'm struggling to work something out via email. Easily worth 5 stars and I look forward to speaking to them again soon!

5* Ultimaker Repair
Had an eventful mishap with our Ultimaker 3, and after making contact with 3DGBIRE, they had our very broken machine picked up within 24 hours.
After a few workings days, it was totally fixed up and sent back to us. Completely exceeded any expectations in terms of contact, speed of repair and generally just the ease of the whole process.
I was in contact with Dave, Patrick and Chris who were all extremely helpful and prompt. Cheers!

Poor Sales Service
I was looking to buy a 3D scanner but was very disappointed by the sales service from 3DGBIRE.
I sent an enquiry email with some basic questions to sales 5/3/21 and had no response, 4 days later I sent the same enquiry to Shining 3D and had a quick and helpful response to my questions, they then passed my enquiry on to their UK agent (3DGBIRE) in order to buy and I still heard nothing from them.
When I phoned 3 days later they said I was on their system, why then had no-one contacted me? I eventually got a quotation sent through to which I replied with some basic questions about the training which I was also looking to purchase and said I would like to go ahead with the order. Again no reply despite me chasing it up 48hrs later. Since they clearly didn't want my money I went elsewhere, had a sale agreed and the scanner delivered within days. We are now 8 days on from receiving my quotation and they still haven't got back to me.
As others have said email response is painful and I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere!

Excellent 3D printer and filaments
Our workplace bought an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer from 3DGBIRE. Excellent printing experience and helpful customer support. We also bought filaments from them. Their recycled PLA actually prints very well.

Excellent aftercare and support from…
Excellent aftercare and support from the 3DGBIRE team. Although in CD19 lockdown, email communication and technical support was provided; even dispatched 3D parts Xmas Eve. Special shout out to Chris for his liaison efforts getting our Innovation Hub printers back up and running.

Excellent Service
These guys seem to really care about customer service. They have a proper fault-finding process (not a charge-the-customer-for-changing-parts-until-it-starts-working process!) We will now be buying all our 3D supplies from them and a new 3D printer when the Ultimaker 3 finally wears out!

Professional, courteous, and a great deal of fun!
The support I have been provided by Tom, one of the specialists has been beyond phenomenal! Had an printer that was not bought through 3DGBIRE, and not even one of their currently supported models, Without any quibbles was asked to bring it in and have a bit of a tinker.
Learnt so much from Tom I was inspired to book a half day training session to go through all the possible function of the printer and Fusion 360 for modeling.
There never seems to be a problem they will not take ownership of. Even when it is not a machine they sold, nothing seems too much to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful outcome.
If you want premium service from a team of dedicated subject matter experts who go way, way, beyond the extra mile to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed then you will not find a better company to deal with. Outstanding service to the customer!! I'll not bother going anywhere else again for my 3d printer needs that's for sure!
