Orders always arrive quickly and support staff are easily accessible. When my printer needed servicing following under extrusion issues a technician was always on hand to answer my questions and sending the printer to them was a painless And efficiently experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

An excellent introductory training session with Steve that took me through the basics and got me into producing my first 3D print. This has given me the basic understanding to get started in 3D printing.

yet more awesome service and support from 3DGBIRE. A simple issue with a fan not turning off despite firmware fan control. 3DGBIRE worked with the manufacturer to identify a batch of printers had the fan connected to the wrong pin header on the board. They offered to exchange the machine but instead, I opted to receive an instruction sheet to access and identify the offending connector. 2 minutes later all fixed.

I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. Sales and support are both top-notch. Thanks everyone.

We recently bought a Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D Printer from 3DGBIRE, they have great customer service, Scott was excellent and helped pick the right product for us and our needs. Purchased an Ultimaker 3 from these guys last year, after they helped us to arrive at the correct machine that suited our specific requirements, plus their after-sales technical support is quick, thorough and has recently saved our bacon for a customer print job. Keep up the good work!

This would be the second training session with 3DGBire and once again i came away smiling like a Cheshire cat, the instruction was spot on and we tweeked the tuition to suit my direct needs.
