Ordered and paid for a drone on 6-2-21...according to the website it was UK stock and would be delivered in 5-8 working days. On the 3-3-21 after having sent numerous messages asking for the promised tracking info and receiving no replies I went through the resolution centre with PayPal requesting a refund. 3 days before the cut off time to reply to them A1 actually gave me tracking info which showed that the item had been dispatched on the 10-3-21, 23 working days after I'd paid for it. Way too late for the birthday present I'd bought it for. Doesn't seem the right way to do business when you have to get a third party involved to give a business a kick up the ass to stop their attempt at theft. Long story short, don't bother with A1Smartshop.

I was quoted 5-12 days for an android box to Ireland, stating package was in it's EU warehouse, they shipped the item from China and waited over a month for it.
Pay the extra money and purchase from a reliable source.

Selling wrongly described items, when asked about return gives Chineese address. Don't bother with him, spend some extra and get it from Amazon!

Ordered a Smart watch. 48 hr delivery took 12 days. According to Post Office 2 days by them, 10 days by A1 smart shop. When it arrived it was A Chinese product for their home market. Everything in Chinese incl instructions. No help whatsoever from owner. In fact they were quite rude and agressive. Still waiting to send it back, Do you know where they are based?
Spent 7 hours last night trying to sort out. Still some issues remaining as no instrutions available. I have sent it off to trading standards to make sure vat/import duties and warranties are in place. Still no help from A1, just rude comments in pigeon English.
Just had some more interesting emails from Chun Hui Pu. He tells me he doesn't care about Trustpilot and has many complaints from round the world that they just ignore. Isn't it about time this crook was closed down? Spread the word before somebody else gets caught out with inferior products

Trouble with giving Things back. Seller is responding barely via e-mail. Wanted to send me an address to give my Good back, didn't happen until now. Wouldn't order Goods another time because of His unreliability.

Update: For sure I want to send the item Back and allready did. The sellers is lying, his behaviour is untrustworthy and embarassing.
