Il venditore dice di consegnare in tempi brevi ma il tracking number che fornisce mi è risultato attivo solo dopo 10 gg dall'acquisto ma la cosa più grave e che non si assume la responsabilità della merce difettosa che mi ha venduto. Il drone è risultato difettoso dalla prima accensione ma lui ha insistito a farmi ripetere e ricontrollare le procedure di setup fino alla noia e quando gli ho mandato il filmato dove si evinceva il problema, ha esordito col farmi riprovare facendomi installare un'altra App nonostante lo avessi avvisato che il drone si sarebbe potuto danneggiare perché non rispondeva ai comandi...solo quando, per sua imperizia e negligenza, il drone è andato perso ne ha accettato la restituzione ed ha aperto una contestazione su PayPal.
Quanto sopra è tutto testimoniato dalle mail scambiate con questo venditore scorretto!

I recently purchased a camera drone from A1 smart shop and on opening the package was disappointed to find the lcd screen had been smashed in transit.
After 2 or 3 emails back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement controller.
I was very pleased that this turned up within a few days and now all is well
I can definitely recommend A1 smart shop as their prices are very competitive and after sales service is very good

I bought a Huawei 5G CPE Win.
It arrived in Ireland 12 working days later.
Getting 70 - 90Mbps. Very happy.
The confirmation email said I'd get notification when it was shipped. I didn't receive this but got a quick response when I contacted them about it.
My card was also used to buy things in Poland - I cant prove this is related but this was the only new site I bought from in the previous weeks.

A shop with very good service and fast delivery and a very kind owner who react very fast on any question.

Ordered JJRC X12 drone. Waited four weeks and didn't arrive. Contacted seller who replied to 3rd email and said they would send another which arrived a week later. Drone flew beautifully on first three short 10-15 minute test flights. However, flying fourth time I tried to venture further and probably about the length of a sports field at a height of 70 feet. Drone remote stopped responding and lost video connection and continued to move further away. Hit return home button and drone climbed higher, which it is supposed to before returning to avoid obstacles. Waited 35 minutes for it to return but it didn't. I had full GPS signal, 9 satellites showing and had done all the calibrations before take off.
The seller, A1 Smartstore, asked me to report this to police and provide proof of loss. It also cost me £5 to report this to police online as this is the only way to report lost property. I was told to do this after speaking to police by phone.
Gave crime/police number as requested but thought it a daft idea to ask for proof of loss as the only way to do this was to return spare batteries, that were now no use to me, and the remote and bag. They asked me what the Police were going to do about it. This seemed like a silly question as it wasn't a major crime and can only suggest they would return it if found. Although the seller was friendly enough, they kept asking same questions ie did I calibrate drone and have green lights on drone and ready to fly status, despite me already explaining this on previous email. Shame as the drone was well built and flew well until then and images reasonably good.
Just to update in response from seller on here 02/10/20 . As mentioned earlier, the seller either doesn't read emails and reviews as told manufacturer rejected claim with PayPal referring manufacturer to DJI but I bought JJRC x12 and had no communication with either company just A1 store. Also , when seller asked for proof of loss and to report it to police I did as asked. Have not returned spare batteries and remote as would cost £120 as classed as hazardous due lithium batteries and seller never came back to me regards shipping and not willing to waste more money. Also batteries don't have a UN number required safely shop them and exceed the 20mAh required to be shipped. Have images to show battery markings but not able to post here Spent many stress full hours researching shipping requirements on Air Transport Association (AITA) and Civil Aviation Association (ICAO).
Enough said and I am not going to waste anymore of my time explaining as you can see, the seller just doesn't listen and return some emails. Just to add, this was not a DJI drone but an Aurora JJRC X12 drone and PayPal resolved in my favour and thanks to them I received a full refund.

This company has complained about my review, making me remove the identity of my contact, whom they claim they don't know Strange!

I have tried not to move too this stage.
Whilst I agree with comments on speedy delivery, that's where it ends!

I purchased a X12 Drone as a upgrade on my X9.

Did all the usual orientation. Started it up on its maiden flight, and it went up and flew off with no control, as if someone else was controlling it.

I/ we found some walkers who saw it circling some distance away, it then flew off never to be seen again.

The Drone in my opinion was clearly faulty!
It should not have done this.
I contacted A of A1, some 57 emails have passed.between us, and 3 emails to the manufacturer as he asked me to contact them ( No reply).

I have to say my advice to any potential purchaser, from this company, is think very carefully as if anything goes wrong, you will get no help from them.

I even offered a compromise on a replacement, and was advised by him not to order a X12, WHY?
Then in another email was asked if I was threatening him, again why? I never wrote anything offensive.
I tried my best to communicate simply, so nothing was lost in Translation.

I think this chap could be writing his own reviews.

Was unsure about the company at first as hadn't heard of them and when I had ordered there was no dispatch notifications or updates. I had emailed asking for an update and they were really quick to respond. 12 days after ordering my Huawei Pro 4 watch it arrived and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a drone from this company, all arrived as stated, but the drone was faulty, took off with no control. On contacting the seller I was told to send it back to the manufacturer for them to decide if I'm entitled to a refund. I'm still in dispute, seems they are happy to take my cash, but not so quick in helping when there's an issue.
I have provided my receipt to trust pilot and my item is on its return to yourselves.
As an update 19th September 2020, it was agreed for me to post the faulty drone back, (only after my post on here i might add) and I would receive a full refund including my return postage charges. Well I received the refund for the faulty goods, via PayPal which I lost £7.34 and no refund for my postage costs. The company has now stopped replying to my emails so it looks like I'm £30.00 down for the privilege of buying faulty goods from this seller. Update 21st September I had a reply stating "I'm not the factory of the drone I'm still asking" now 2nd November I still haven't received news on my refund. I have monitored other reviews on here and when someone posts bad reviews "a1smartstore" seem to uphold them, which I have experienced myself, and my brand new drone was faulty out of the box. I have told "a1smartstore" to keep my money as they obviously need it more than me, shame on them, very poor service and poor customer service..

Ich habe die Ware in diesem Store bestellt und ein wenig ein mulmiges Gefühl gehabt, da es kaum Rezessionen zu diesem Shop gibt. Der bestellte Artikel wurde mit Paypal bezahlt und kam letztenendes pünktlich bei mir zu Hause an. Der Preis für mein Gadget war unschlagbar und der Service ( Trackingnummer per Email ) perfekt.

I really like this drone,it is small but powerful. I used the holiday to test the drone. The drone aerial photography effect is very good, there is a sense of God. Drones can fly very far. The only trouble is that drone can only fly for more than twenty minutes at a time, need to few batteries to spare.

The promises about not having to pay taxes made me reactivate my paypall account and order a drone.
Shipping took almost a month, but the results were there. Exactly as ordered, without taxes.
the parcel wasn’t sent from the EU but from China, which made me worry about the taxes.

I have just received my SG906 pro drone from A1SmartStore. I have to say that I had never heard of them before searching for this drone and it was a bit of a leap of faith placing my order with them. The only thing that persuaded me to buy from them was the fact that I had the might of PayPal behind me if things went wrong. I needn’t have worried. The drone took a couple of days longer to arrive than suggested but there was a bank holiday in the middle and a worldwide pandemic so I can live with that. I emailed a couple of queries and they were answered very quickly each time and they were a pleasure to deal with. I had a great experience dealing with them and hope you do if you place an order

I have just bought the zrlc sg906 pro gps camera drone, the beast. What an amazing little drone, love it. The process took about 10 or 11 days, bit long but well worth the wait. I ordered the drone and true to the web sites word I received a text telling me when it had been sent, then another telling me the tracking details. At first it has no info but do not worry royal mail send you emails telling you when its going to them when they have etc. I have emailed the company a few time asking various questions, and it seemed to be no effort in them finding out and letting you know. Very quick polite responses absolutely 5* team, great effort keep it up. I recommend to all. Dont panic on the time it will get there and be worth it.

I ordered a sg906 pro drone. Because they send it from Europe to the Netherlands i had not to pay tax. I received the drone in 15 days, so very quick. Good product and good communication. I recommend A1smartstore.com.
