Waited over 2 weeks for the item I ordered Gimble 27th Nov 2020. Still not arrived.
No response no tracking number emailed Andy Fai again no response. Need this item for Christmas thought it was from Manchester only to find out it is from Hong Kong. Not happy

First time buyer to order from A1, my new smartwatch mi watch arrived on time very happy. Will use more again. Highly recommend to all.

I did make a purchase on this shady website since they had Paypal payment solution and had real paid Google marketing. I saw it as a security mark and wanted to give the seller a chance.

Unfortunately, I got different trackingnumbers multiple times to various countries from the seller who responded from a Gmail emailaddress. At last, I got a parcel number to the right part of the world but never recieved my package, without inland tracking of course. I drew the conclusion that the seller never shipped my watch.

The seller can't provide VAT registration number and with a search on Google the seller has a deregistered company since last year in UK but shipps from China(of course). Probably that's the reason he have the possibility to use the Paypal payment solution. Also he was a seller on Ebay with multiple problems from customers whom got broken goods and had other issues with not revieving thir packages, and so on.

I have contacted my bank and Paypal to get this fake-site down.

Well, companys having Paypal payment solution and real Google ads ar not a mark for a honest company.

Lesson earned!

Stay away and don't do the same mistake I did buying from this site or he's other scam sites.

Package arrived in great condition, very well packed. Just started to use the device but no issues and very quick setup. Good company with prompt replies to any questions/ concerns. Would have no problem buying from them again.

Delivery was slightly longer than advertised which made me worried at first. When it arrived the router turned out to be locked but the seller quickly solved it and the router now works perfectly and as advertised. Top product, top seller.

I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi Watch from this website.
Their prices are good, the website design is fine and my product arrived in the estimated time over their shipping information page.

Yet, the tracking number provided did not work for around 7 days. I was reading other reviews of this website and found out that my tracking number was only visible through yuntrack DOT com.
I have no problem receiving my item from China, but at least give me the proper tracking website!

Any way the customer service replied pretty fast, and the item I have bought seem to be working well.

I will briefly describe my experience with

However, I will apologize for my poor English in advance.

I bought a drone of the type 2020 L109 Pro GPS, it is a drone that cost 154 € with 3 batteries and bag, so not an expensive drone. When I received the drone, I tried to get it in the air, it went fine but the stabilization for the camera did not work. I contacted A1smartstore by email and to my great surprise they responded almost immediately and support continued until the issue was found. There was nothing to do, the drone had to return to China from Denmark, although I tried to avoid this, and just get a reduction in the price, which dragged the process out a bit, but it is not an option at A1smartstore. I sent the drone to China, which went smoothly, and it arrived safely. A1smartstore found the error and wanted to send me a new drone, unfortunately their trading conditions are such, that the customer has to pay 15 € in shipping to have the new drone sent back. (I had not read that)I was not interested in that, as I already had bought another drone, but the terms and conditions also state that it is possible to get the money back, so I asked for it.

To my surprise, A1smartstore reported back that they would refund my money. So now I have my money back, and am a happy and satisfied customer, and this is not the last time I shop at A1smartstore.

The only small minus that has been, is that the support in English is sometimes a little difficult to understand, but it depends on who you get hold of.

Bought a Xaomi smart watch. It arrived in the UK within a week, tracked all the way through. The item is great, had a bit of an issue with pairing but they replied to my emails instantly and helped me out. Perfect shopping experience. Thanks guys, definitely recommend

I bought a Xiaomi MI band on this store. All was going normal, payment was done and item was shipped.
However, at some point, the tracking id started showing that something went wrong.
I called the courier and they told me that the package had been lost and the store had already been contacted about it.
Then I sent an email to the store and the nightmare started.
A total of more than 30 emails were exchanged over 2 months. In the beginning the store said they would send a 2nd delivery. But that never happened. All the times I asked for the tracking id of the 2nd delivery, they tried to deceive me, showing the tracking id of the 1st one. They did all the kind of things to let the time pass and forcing me to quit. They talk about covid (when there were no restrictions anymore in my country). Then they tell me to keep waiting (when the tracking id clearly shows the item won't arrive). Then they pretend not knowing the order number (asked for it more than 10 times, while it was always present on the same email). Other times they said they were investigating it. Other times that the reship was done.. It went into a never ending loop where they go through the same answers over and over again.

I know (by reading the other reviews) that they will try to reply to this one saying some lie. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to put here the tracking id...

I don't recommend this store to anyone as, being an online store, they will completely refuse any responsibility with the delivery.

I have counted on A1 for many purchases in the past, and I have never been disappointed. Every product that I receive has been exactly as described. I've had products last 4-5 years thinking that they might last 1! Anytime I've had an issue, customer support has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is resolved. Love A1 and I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a pair of Huawei noise cancelling headphones and am quite impressed with the quality of the product. I also appreciated how quickly the seller responded to my inquiries.

Ordered 3 items separately and 3 of the items arrived between 8-12 days to Ireland and items were 100% perfect.

All very good, but packing could have been a litle better. No damage to products but to cartons (not to bad).
