Sameera in the customer service team has been incredible!
The customer service at Abigail Ahern has been absolutely fantastic and a special mention to Sameera. I had a parcel that Royal Mail didnt deliver and then lost it (despite it being tracked), and finally 3 months later it arrived back at my house, so I had to resend it.. Sameera has been incredibly supportive and has honoured the refund and has been so supportive throughout! Massive credit to you and your company. That is what customer service is about. Thank you Sameera for everything!

Reverie Canvas
I bought the Reverie canvas and absolutely love it. The colours are just like the online pictures and I was not disappointed.
I have gone rouge and hung it landscape/horizontal as it fitted my space better and it really looks great this way.
The canvas arrived quickly and was well wrapped.

Delivery slow and information lacking
There is no delivery information provided. The tracker shows the goods have been at the courier depot for a week with no delivery update.

Wrapped well
Wrapped well, but the courier had torn both boxes, nothing damaged!
The look of the products are too plastic looking, you have great ideas, but need to concentrate on better looking, more realistic products.
I brought products in the sale, to keep the cost down - generally too much money for plastic products!

Different and unique pieces
Two beautiful items bought from AA. The viburnum branch is skilfully made. It is eye catching as is the lovely and unusual vase. I’ve had lots of compliments on both purchases. I would highly recommend this company.

Refused to cover return postage on items not Fit for Purpose
Purchased 2x metal lamps. Bulb needed for them was a small screw in. The design of the metal shades means that next to no light escapes from the lamps. I explained to AA that this, in my view, made them not Fit for Purpose and covered by Distance Selling Rules (was an online purchase). However they have refused to cover return postage. The returns postage is tricky and doesnt let you complete the process unless you attach an image. If the box is already sealed back up (as in my case) this causes a hassle.

Good delivery experience
Good delivery experience. Lamp looks nice. Feels a bit cheaper than it looked online though. Also - partly my fault for not spotting it said this online - the switch is on the bottom and picking the whole lamp up to turn it on and off is a bit rubbish.
