Horrible service
Horrible service. Did not do what they were hired to do and then when called out on it - did they only add GST and payroll to the set up - more than 45 days after the fact. Now we have to fix their screw ups and they will not compensate you for it. DO NOT USE!!
In response - it was more than a few weeks. We didn't ask for a refund for the entire amount. You did not provide the service you were hired to do. You were hired to set up everything prior to us starting the business. Just because it was done 45 days later - does not mean you did the job that you were hired to do. WE NOW need to apply with CRA to get GST Backdated, etc.

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the facts of the order. The customer’s incorporation package was completed on time, and all documents were delivered within the promised timeframe.
Several weeks later, the customer contacted us regarding GST registration. We acknowledged that this step was missed initially and corrected it promptly by completing the CRA registration. After this, the customer began demanding a refund for the order, despite the fact that all services were already delivered as promised.
We cannot provide a refund for services that were fully completed. Unfortunately, this review is misleading and does not accurately represent the work that was done.
